Dreadful !!!! Service appalling. Paid express delivery got it 10 days later with no response from emails, asking for a refund. Still no help at all. Received the order today. Quality is appalling. I presumed I paid £31 for a large pick n mix bag??? Think again. I ended up with each choice of sweet in a separate bag. Like the jellies you buy from Asda for £1.
This was a birthday pick no mix gift. What do I do with 20 small bags of £1 jellies??? PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. I’m still awaiting my refund.

Why are you asking me for a review when ive already complained that my order hasnt come yet 10 days after the order? Im obviously going to give you a rubbish review

I ordered my sweets on the 14th of July. Website says that delivery takes 3-5 working days. I have yet to receive my order.
When I email them to ask for an update, I receive a chain response, telling me they are busy.

This is the second time I bought from you I’m very happy with my purchase nw my daughter is ordering from you 5 Stars all the way

The choice, the price, just took me back to my childhood going to the shops and getting a quarter of chewing nuts and cola cubes. The only thing missing was Kop Kop's and pineapple chunks.

Such a great choice at great prices. My family loved them all.

Loving my sweets will order some more

I’ve used this company for awhile and my grandchildren loved the sweets. That was up to this order which took ages to come and when it did the trouble started. 6 of the packets had melted and was unedible. I sent photos and even what the packets were called. Since then have heard nothing! No apology, no replacement etc. I realise they have staff issues but no contact. Customer care obviously doesn’t count in this company

I’ve got no idea what your sweets are like as I’m still waiting for InPost to deliver. They picked up on the 14th and as it’s now the 22nd I imagine the sweets are not in very good condition especially the chocolate ones in this hot weather

When you pay a lot of money for what you advertise you expect what your advertising. First time I had ordered and never again! I have been completely ripped off and you as a business has done nothing about it, emails saying your short staffed! All sweets were underweight 100g bag yet weight is 80g on each bag, I have sent you pictures of them unopened on the scales! Disgrace!!

Avoid at all costs!

I received 3x substitutions in my delivery. I did not authorise any substitutions, nor was I offered the opportunity to choose them. I don't like any of the substitutions that were sent sweets I don't like. Despite numerous emails (most of which have been ignored), I am still waiting for my refund, 4 months later.

Product excellent but delivery by yodel was poor.was due Friday but said they could not find me.del Saturday ok as this time driver rang me.
