Ho utilizzato questo servizio più di una volta, sia con l'azienda che privatamente. Nel primo caso avevo trovato più informazioni di quante ero riuscita a reperirne da sola. Nel secondo caso invece sono rimasta meno soddisfatta perché avevo reperito più informazioni io di loro, tuttavia lo utilizzerei ancora per la serietà con la quale lavorano. In particolarmodo ringrazio Elena del servizio assistenza per il veloce rimborso emesso senza che glielo chiedessi.

Con auto recenti non hanno tante informazioni dettagliate. Però assegno 5 Stelle alla Sig.na Elena dell'assistenza clienti! Gentile e altamente professionale! Grazie mille!

Non buttate soldi... 99% ci sono solo i km rilevati dai collaudi, che si riescono a reperire gratuitamente, e nient'altro

Azienda molto seria e professionale ho acquisito la documentazione che cercavo con pochi Euro prezzo onestissimo per il servizio offerto molte pagine di informazioni per valutazione storico auto grazie

Ho chiesto un report per un auto dal quale risultava una informazione non corretta circa la meccanica e un'altra non completa che riguardava un danno subito ma non specificava l'entità e la parte coinvolta dell'auto.
Ho segnalato il problema, e sono stato rimborsato.

report assolutamente inutile in quanto completamente differente dall'esempio pubblicizzato.
nessuna informazione addizionale oltre le ovvie reperibili gratuitamente.
classico esempio di pubblicità ingannevole.
PS. il link "contatti" dove far valere le proprie ragioni NON È FUNZIONANTE.

Super disappointing. Bought 5 reports in 2018 knowing I’d need them over the next few years - it is not clear when you buy that you have 12 months to use them. Used 4 of them with the latest being in 2021 - went to use my last one to be told they only have one year validity yet I was able to use for 4 years.
In general the information is mostly available now through other sources for free just needs a bit of searching. In 2018 it Carfax was useful as the information was harder to find for free, luckily it’s now available without paying elsewhere

Hi, I have just paid that service in italy , for my opinion it is to expensive for the small amount of information that they gave you. Almost all of those information you can find online for free.... In italy you can find all of those info on website ACI , Automobilista, or PRA.

Spara dina pengar använd biluppgifter eller carinfo. De tjänar pengar på att förmedla samma uppgifter som är gratis på andra platser tyvärr 😡

Jag betalade för att se besiktningsprotokoll på en bil jag ville köpa, tyvärr så fick jag bättre info på biluppgifter.se
Fanns inte nån besiktningsprotokoll på bilen förutom att det stod att ”besiktning genomfört och datum”
Jag rekommenderar inte att ni använder deras tjänst. Ni får inte ut nåt! Använd biluppgiftwr istället, där har ni såå mycket mer info!

Tar betalt för uppgifter du själv kan få fram gratis via biluppgifter och transportstyrelsen.
Skiljer inget nämnvärt i uppgifter.
Beställde rapport för att få se service rapport och ev utförda skade reparationer på verkstad. Ingen info om endera.
Är service utförd på auktoriserad verkstad. Så borde någon stå med. Vilket första service i stort sett alltid är.
Spara dina pengar och kolla ovanstående. Gå efter magkänsla vid köp.
