I ordered a standard touch up kit before I read the reviews. If I had read them first it would have put me off. I ordered it on a Sunday and received an email the following morning explaining what would happen. About 10 days later the kit arrived and is the right colour match for the car. Postage & packing was a bit expensive but overall happy with the service I received.

I only received part of my order. I informed them and I have had no response for over a week. Total rip-off. Avoid at all costs.

Total rip off!! Sent wrong paint colour. Never answers phone. Has not replied to emails. States no quibble guarantee and refund. They are having a laugh at the customers expense. I will now contact trading standards. My advice don’t deal!!

Used these guys on a number of occasions whilst not speedy if you wait the 10 days they say your paint will turn up. Only ever given my registration number and perfect match every time. Not always the case with other suppliers , match not always right elsewhere. Could do better on comms.

Utter RIP OFF merchants. Sent wrong paint. No email replies. Nobody answers phone. AVOID!! I should of read reviews first. DO NOT USE....

Ordered some touch up paint for a scratch on my van what Is green and they have sent me grey what a joke.

Have emailed them a few times and they haven’t even replied, stay well clear!

I read the reviews after ordering my car paint. I received an acknowledgement of my order after e mailing through the support link on their website. support@carpaintrepair. Don’t use the link on world pay. ( you won’t get a reply!) The correct paint arrived within 10 days of the order- don’t expect any correspondence- it just arrived! Simple instructions in the pack.

Ordered touch up paint, sent paint code should be like Titanic grey, it came almost like purple. Sent 2 emails to addressed issue, but without reply.
Should have read reviews before I order.

Waited days for contact then finally got email asking for ref confirmation, tried to reply but their inbox was full and wouldn’t accept mail. Contacted customer support. Confused and slow contact, finally arrived and it was the wrong paint. Contacted to complain but received no response

When i ordered my paint i hadn't read any reviews as i thought it's only £15 what can go wrong. Well, it took 2 weeks to get my paint with absolutely no communication whatsoever, i emailed twice with no response and also telephoned but was only able to leave a message. What makes it worse is i was ripped off for £3.74 postage for a 1st class stamp and an envelope and extremely poor delivery. i would have thought for that amont it would have special delivery.
I see by other reviews they seem to be a very much hit or miss company, unfortunately i was on of the misses.

Disgusting service, ordered some Ford Panther Black touch up paint & there’s still no sign of it arriving, almost two weeks & still no item or update on the purchase, I paid almost £15 & this experience has been a complete waste of time & money, I’ve never received the item purchased & several emails later I’ve still had still no response at all.
Please be aware that you too will probably pay in good faith & receive absolutely nothing too if you choose to place an order.

Disgusting way to treat customers.

Having placed my order for a Volvo XC60 fusion red stick I then looked at the Company reviews. "Wrong way round" I thought to myself having read a number of poor reviews, mostly about slow delivery. I even thought of cancelling my order, but then thought its only £11.00 so we'll try it out. Imagine my pleasure when 3 days after I ordered I got the product, and had two updates on progress in between. I'm sure it's mostly only the grumpy or badly served who write the poor reviews. Most of us take service for granted and don't write reviews. In fairness to AutoCarpaint I thought I'd break the mould this time. Well done!

Ordered paint for my car 2 months ago and still haven’t received anything. I’ve emailed them countless times and have only had one email back saying it must have been lost in the post. Told me to wait a few more days (it had already been nearly a month) and then contact them if it didn’t show. I have emailed them 3 or 4 times since and haven’t heard anything

Really happy with my purchase. Car paint repair followed up my purchase with an email explaining what was going to happen next. They managed my expectations well, explaining they were going to contact my car manufacturer to confirm the colour of my car, and that it would take roughly 5 days for my paint to arrive. True to their word, it arrived in 5 days. The colour was an exact match for my car and saved me a fortune by not having to visit a bodywork repair shop. Great experience!

The touch up paint sets I ordered took a bit longer to arrive than I expected but the colours ( I ordered for two cars) are a very good match indeed and so I am pleased with the product and with the price

I ordered a kit on Aug 29 and had a prompt reply asking for my paint code, which I sent. They then sent an email saying they had despatched the next day. A week later it had not arrived so I told them. They said they would send me another kit and confirmed it had been sent. 3 days later, still no delivery. On the 4th day a kit arrived. It was posted with 2 first class stamps costing £1.52. However I was charged £4.50 for delivery. If they actually paid a bit more for a better delivery service, I suspect they would get far fewer complaints. Instead they are trying to gouge out an extra £3 profit. In fairness the paint matches.

This company are pretty useless and should be avoided.
I ordered some touch up paint in August 2019.
It didn't arrive so I emailed them and got an automated reply.
I forgot about it for a while then followed up some months later.
Emailed again, called and left a message, still no reply or paint delivery.
Eventually, I contacted West Lothian Trading Standard and they got a refund for me.
I finally got an email from them confirming the refund but no apology - they said I'd ordered under a different name - which of course I hadn't!
Basically I don't think they give a monkeys about their customers so just use someone else.

I was dubious after i didn't receive a confirmation email and read some reviews, but the kit arrived no bother at all. Speedy service given the current climate!

If you have placed an order and haven't received it yet and cannot get a reply from CarPaintRepair then contact your bank;
ask them to stop/refund this transaction to CarPaintRepair explain what happened. I contacted Citizens Advice and they advised me to do this and said that my bank could put a Charge Back on this which is a way of getting a refund. Good news it worked for me and I have been refunded. I hope this helps others who are still waiting for their order to be delivered.

I ordered paint from this company, My car reg number is unusual and wasn't on their database so they emailed me to ask for the paint code. In the meantime I had sourced the paint locally so replied to Car Paint Repair to cancel the order. Reading the reviews on this site I didn't expect to get my money back but they gave me a full refund without me even asking.
