The Cast Iron Bath Company is a leading supplier of bathroom fixtures and fittings with specific focus on providing products in a large range of finishes and colours. Brassware is available in Chrome, Polished Nickel, Brushed Nickel, Polished Brass, Brushed Brass and Matt Black; Baths can be painted in any colour of choice; and Concrete Basins are available in a large range of popular colours.

Our Mission
Our purpose is simple - we want to enable our customers to create the bathroom of their dreams in a time-frame that matches their needs.
We maintain a high-availability approach to stock levels in our own product lines. Our own brand taps, showers and concrete basins are available for next day dispatch and baths are often available within 3 days unless custom painting is required, in this case then our lead times are 7 to 10 days. Excellent quality product at…
Excellent quality product at justifiable prices. Not yet installed but they seem like they are good quality with good mechanisms in brass behind an attractive design. I bought polished nickel which, while very expensive, should look amazing in the master ensuite.

Items came very quickly, well packaged and competitively priced. Well communicated from start to finish. Evie is top drawer, super helpful, informed and went that extra mile. Bought a lot of items for a bathroom makeover and this company stood out. Thanks.

Not the greatest customer experience
Easy to find what I needed on the website. Tried to create an account but that failed. Made the purchase but received no confirmation email. Had to call them to check if they had received my order, they said they had received it and that their email confirmations were not working as they should. Asked them to send me a VAT invoice after dispatch, but still no invoice. Have had to send a further email asking once again for a VAT invoice. Not the greatest customer experience, but I received the goods that I needed.

Unfortunately, the diverter valve shuttle is an internal component that is not designed to be removed or serviced separately, which means we are unable to supply this part as a replacement. As your tap is also outside of its three-year warranty period, our customer service team advised that replacing the tap would be the most practical solution available.
We completely understand how frustrating this situation must be, particularly with a premium product, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us continually review both our products and our aftercare support. We never want any customer to have anything less than a satisfactory experience with us.
To help resolve this matter, I have asked our customer service team to contact you directly to offer a discount on a replacement tap.

The fantastic customer service
The fantastic customer service, nothing was too much trouble. Becca was amazing and so patient and everyone I spoke to was lovely. The quality is super and I would not hesitate to buy again. I was buying from Ireland and the process went really smoothly.
