The Cast Iron Bath Company is a leading supplier of bathroom fixtures and fittings with specific focus on providing products in a large range of finishes and colours. Brassware is available in Chrome, Polished Nickel, Brushed Nickel, Polished Brass, Brushed Brass and Matt Black; Baths can be painted in any colour of choice; and Concrete Basins are available in a large range of popular colours.

Our Mission
Our purpose is simple - we want to enable our customers to create the bathroom of their dreams in a time-frame that matches their needs.
We maintain a high-availability approach to stock levels in our own product lines. Our own brand taps, showers and concrete basins are available for next day dispatch and baths are often available within 3 days unless custom painting is required, in this case then our lead times are 7 to 10 days. small item, big service
It was only a small item to replace an existing part but that did not bother The Cast Iron Bath Company, they dealt with it as if it was a big order. I was kept informed of where it was in transit and the item arrived safely.

The customer service is exceptional
The customer service is exceptional! I dealt with Zoe over a few months for multiple bathrooms in 2 properties in 2 different countries. She is very thorough and very lovely, always in touch and on top of things.
When Zoe was on hols for a week Kirsten seamlessly took over.

Very impressive after sale service
Very impressive after sale service.
I bought a number of items from CIBC in the summer of 2024 for two rooms. The shower unit developed a leak over time through an emerging hair line fracture. Whilst the item is now over a year old, CIBC replaced it swiftly and without question. I can't rate them higher.

Everything about the cast iron bath…
Everything about the cast iron bath company has been a positive experience. They had everything we needed in polished nickel (which can be tricky to find) and in stock at short notice. The customer services were responsive, super helpful and pleasant. We are still having the bathroom installed at the moment but everything looks beautiful and has exceeded our expectations. Will be my first stop when choosing future bathroom furniture!
