The Cast Iron Bath Company is a leading supplier of bathroom fixtures and fittings with specific focus on providing products in a large range of finishes and colours. Brassware is available in Chrome, Polished Nickel, Brushed Nickel, Polished Brass, Brushed Brass and Matt Black; Baths can be painted in any colour of choice; and Concrete Basins are available in a large range of popular colours.

Our Mission
Our purpose is simple - we want to enable our customers to create the bathroom of their dreams in a time-frame that matches their needs.
We maintain a high-availability approach to stock levels in our own product lines. Our own brand taps, showers and concrete basins are available for next day dispatch and baths are often available within 3 days unless custom painting is required, in this case then our lead times are 7 to 10 days. With regard to the overflow, it is quite common for these to require some adjustment during installation. Bath overflows and wastes are not completely universal, as fitting requirements can vary depending on the bath’s thickness, design, and overflow positioning.

Highly recommend!
Becca has been an absolute standout throughout our entire bathroom renovation. From the very first interaction, she was warm, professional, and incredibly responsive. No matter how many questions I had, she replied quickly and thoughtfully, which made a complex renovation feel far more manageable. Her communication alone set the tone for what has easily been the best experience we’ve had with any company during this process.
Beyond Becca’s exceptional support, the products themselves are beautifully made and clearly high quality. Shipping was also impressively fast coming from the UK to Canada and reliable, which was such a relief. On top of that, the pricing is very reasonable, especially considering the level of craftsmanship and service provided.
We were so pleased that we’ve already placed a second order, and it certainly won’t be our last. I highly recommend working with this company on any projects you may have! I hope they come out with a kitchen collection soon.

Sophie was able to locate the part we needed for our heated towel rail, which we had purchased from CIB 12 years ago and had no identification information, with great speed and at a fair price. The part arrived speedily and in good order.

I am delighted with my new bath. The original delivery date was earlier than I had anticipated but the company twice postponed delivery at my request so I didn't have to store it at home before I was ready. Customer service was therefore excellent and the quality of the bath is fabulousl
