My Tesla developed the dreaded…
My Tesla developed the dreaded suspension knock.
I booked it in a Cedar, they had availability within a few days.
I was sent a questionnaire asking about the issue, this explained that the car would be inspected to try and find the issue and a test drive would be undertaken to try and replicate the knocking.
After the test drive I left the car there for the day, the train station is. 2 minute walk away so leaving it wasn’t an issue.
A few hours I received a call stating that the issue was a stone lodged in the suspension and it had been removed causing no damage.
I also got an inspection report listing some faults that had been found.
I will be taking the car back soon th have these faults rectified.
I really can’t recommend Cedar highly enough.

Staff are always very friendly and helpful. Explanations are given if any work is required and a quote given before work iis undertaken . My car was ready on time for collection.

Very good customer service
Very good customer service. The lady at reception was very professional and helpful. Also a very friendly welcome and made my experience feel easy. I will be taking my car back shortly as they promised a free inspection. I would recommend this garage to anyone. Thankyou guys 👍

Excellent customer service
Every employee that I spoke to either in person or on the telephone, were extremely courteous and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and they all made me feel like a valued customer. I was even offered a can of drink whikst I was waiting for my keys as it was a hot day. I wouldn't hesitate to use Cedar Garage in the future and would 100% recommend them.

The whole process is effortless
The whole process is effortless for the customer, from booking in my vehicle, to dropping off the car and being informed when it was ready for collection. The price for a full service is good too, no surprises, it what was quoted!

Window regulator replacement
Excellent service from switchboard to job completion, mechanic who dealt with task was extremely knowledgeable. This was to replace a Window regulator mechanism, to a convertible vehicle, glass reset to body seals was perfect.

Local, friendly and very reliable
We have used Cedar Garage for the last few years for our MOT's on 3no cars being local and for sundry repairs when necessary. We have always found them very reliable, friendly and and informative. We are tied to Mercedes for our general servicing on a monthly subscription but get any works done away from Mercedes based on cost and the pain of going to Chichester.

Great staff
The staff at Cedar Garage were lovely, very helpful and did a great job on the car. They went the extra mile when I went to pick the car up and brought the car round to me so I didn’t have to walk and pick it up with my young baby in tow.

Helped with me a bad purchase. Star service
I had purchased an Audi Q5 through a well known dealer. Unfortunately the car had issues. I was told to see these guys as the specialists for German cars. Their service was excellent as well as the manner I was dealt with, professional, personable and quick. They also spoke with the dealer on my behalf and helped with the warranty claim. This all came about whilst I was away, these guys made the whole issue stress free and got me back in the car on the road quicker than I was expecting.

After a very unpleasant experience by a previous so called mechanic i was told about Cedar Garage based in Worthing so i took my vehicle to Rob at Cedar Garage in Tarring road Worthing West Sussex. After one week Rob and his excellent team had everything fixed, sorted and i had my vehicle back in tip top working order. My vehicle is used for my job and Cedar garage delivered perfectly.
