Shocking experience! Organised a dwarf pub crawl for the stag (my fella!) dwarf cancelled ON THE DAY saying he had covid! (This was yesterday!) Offered 2 alternatives. A dominatrix or a stripper. Did not want a stripper and was to late to find anything else for him so we chose the Dom. Who was supposed to embarrass him and undress HIM! Instead she undressed herself! (Remember we didn’t want a stripper!!) then she decided to sit on his face with no knickers on! She barely spanked him! Didn’t undress him! Got herself naked instead and sat on his face!! Lips to lips! Completely unacceptable. We didn’t want a stripper so why send a stripper pretending to be a Dom! The only person she embarrassed was herself! Shes no spring chicken either and nothing at all to look at. Everyone was disappointed. Everyone was fuming! Do NOT recommend this company at all and absolutely do not recommend the Dom for stags!! These men are getting married and she thinks it’s acceptable to do that! NEVER AGAIN.

We weren't in the situation of having nobody turn up and lose a deposit but if that would have happened that would have been better

We booked for a stag do, we chose a lady from a selection we were sent shoeing us who would be available
We had made a whatsapp group for the night and sent photos across that to choose from. We settled on blonde hair blue eyes stunner who we thought the stag would like and would be a treat for the audience

On the night however we got a Jamaican lady called "honey' who was 50 years old if she was a day and not even a well kept 50 year old

Spent her time trying to get more money out of us even though we'd paid a deposit anf still paid her money even though she couldn't be further from what we'd booked

Embarrassing overall and of course nobody answers the phone if you try to call this company you're just on a loop so what's the point

I accept getting someone different from the choice we had made if it was at least vaguely similar but this was far from and expensive too

Goes without saying we wouldn't recommend

Absolute joke and ruined what should've been a ood and fun surprise from mates to a mate

2ND TIME- WE ASKED FOR THE STRIPPER FROM ABOVE NOT TO BE SENT BUT THEY DID! THEN THEY WERE STUPIDLY LATE PUTTING THE WHOLE NIGHT BACK!
TO TOP IT OFF THE SAID THEY WOULD STAY LATE AND HELP SELLING RAFFLE TICKETS FOR THE CHARITY! WHICH THEY DID BUT KEPT THE MONEY! CELEBRATE JUST RIGHT REFUSE A REFUND SO WILL BE TAKING THIS FURTHER!!

Ok so after reading the reviews I was I bit worried the stripper would turn up. But a few days before the day she messaged me and we set everything up no issues at all. Nadine was fantastic and would highly recommend her again to anyone looking to book a stripper.

Wish I'd read the reviews for booking.Booked a dwarf stripper,one day before the party got a text to say the dwarf had covid.And only had the option to accept a replacement.The day of the event got a text off the stripper to say he would be late and he couldn't arrive until 11pm.He turned up to be fair he was pretty good but he did 4 minutes instead of the 25 mins.Complained but can only make contact by email.Avoid!

The stripper we booked didn't show up. No email from them, no contact whatsoever. Taking my £45 deposit when booking wasn't an issue though. Trying to get a refund however is proving impossible. Avoid this scam company.

Booked for an entertainer for a hen party. Day of even I had txts saying the entertainer was not available they didn’t give me any options there was nobody to speak too and nobody will reply to emails the phone number is also automated!! I’m still fighting to get my deposit back! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY WILL SCAM YOU!

I booked a Bar Crawl and x2 Dwarf Hire, I got a call the week before from the Bar Crawl girl who said she doesn't do bar crawls, she's a stripper and she will need an extra £90 on the day because Celebrate Just Right keep the whole deposit.
The Dwarf Entertainment just never arrived. got an email on the day saying only 1 will be there but then nobody arrived at all. . . .

I planned a day for my brother. Everybody was expecting something and then left disappointed.
Their services are to provide entertainment and something special for people.
It absolutely ruined the day.
We can get the money back but these things are once in a lifetime experiences.
My brother isn’t planning on getting married again. He won’t be having another stag do, so something that was supposed to be a once in a lifetime experience has been completely ruined.

The money we can get back but it’s about more than that.

The communication was very poor the automated phone service is a joke. You can’t speak to anybody.
To be told on the morning of the event that only half of the entertainment will be arriving then non of the entertainment arriving it’s really bad.

I’ve not had an explanation or anything I’m just supposed to accept it.

I recently booked a cheeky butler with Celebrate Just Right for an event I was throwing, but the experience I had with this entertainment company was far from satisfactory.

Just hours before the event, I was informed that the butler had cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. When I contacted Celebrate Just Right to ask for a refund of my deposit, they refused.

The customer service I received was appalling. There was no apology for the inconvenience, no explanation as to why my deposit wasn't being refunded, and no offer of a replacement butler. The only response I got was a brush-off email, telling me I wouldn't get my money back.

It's not just me - I've heard reports on social media of Celebrate Just Right's poor customer service from many other customers who feel they have been scammed. The company has a reputation for stealing peoples money for services for events they cannot even provide.

I feel like I have been scammed by Celebrate Just Right. Despite paying a deposit, I did not receive the service I was promised and was refused a refund when I asked for one. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. It's unacceptable for a company to take people's money and then not deliver on their promises.

I'm shocked and disappointed at the way I was treated by Celebrate Just Right. I should never have had to go through such a bad experience, especially considering the amount of money I had already paid. I would strongly advise anyone considering using Celebrate Just Right to look elsewhere.

If you are not comfortable with autobot or email responses or last minute engagement, do not book through this site. There are hidden costs. Gaping wide gaps in the booking and wanting arrangement requirements.

ABSOLUTE SCAM!
I booked 4 x topless waitresses and 1 x dwarf.
Only to have the dwarf cancel with “COVID” on the morning of the event- which seems to be a trend in reviews I’ve just read. (They offered a replacement. So now we had 5 topless waitresses coming)

2 topless waitresses arrived.
However… the other 3 didn’t show.
Leaving us £220 deposit out of pocket. We’ve tried calling and emailing. With no reply. We’re now preparing to go legal.

I used these for a Dwarf Hire for Dublin a few weeks ago. Booked months in advance to be told the morning before that the dwarf had covid! They then sent me an email tricking me to confirm into something else (was only one click and it was confirmed). Various emails but they made something up about a law where they couldn't give me my deposit back. Seen others say the same. They don't have a phone number its all automated. This is a SCAM

We booked a roly poly stripper for my friends hen party months in advance of requirement and paid a £70 deposit. I received an email two days before the booked date to say that the stripper was no longer available. We had chosen Celebrate Just Right on the basis they could provide a roly poly stripper as this was the only type we wanted. When no alternative was available I cancelled and expected my money to be returned as they hadn't been able to provide the service I wanted. I then got an email to say I'd lost my deposit. I replied and provided a screenshot of their own terms and conditions from the website which clearly states that if they can't provide an alternative they will return deposits. I emailed several times and then got a reply from Alicia in complaints who said she'd respond between 15 and 20 working days. What a ridiculously long time to hold money and not resolve a complaint. We are now over this specified time frame, I still have not had a response nor my money back. I would never use this company again. No reviews can be left on their website, they just show some positive reviews, I'd like to question the legitimacy of these.

Awful service. Booked months in advance only for them to cancel the night before. Terrible service. Avoid!!!!!!

I booked a dwarf for a best man speech at a wedding, I needed to speak to him a day before to go through the arrangements timings etc. obviously i was going to be busy on the day with the actual wedding. He would not accommodate this and was no help what so ever. after days of trying to come to some sort of arrangement I gave up.

Day before the event I get an email saying the dwarf has covid and cant come... fair enough. I arranged another one last minute, which actually turned out to be the same dwarf through another agency he never had covid. So I payed the deposit to another agency and then a couple of hours later James from Celebrate Just Right, emailed me saying forget that last email he will be there as planned, I said no I've paid another deposit and will be going through the other company. He now does not reply to any emails and the phone number as it has done throughout the entirety of this terrible experience takes you round in circles directing you to the website.

Absolute S h*t Show of a company. Avoid at all costs

Awful. Took deposit, didn’t turn up, no number to speak to someone. Absolute disgrace don’t book with them if you unless you want to lose money and be let down at your event

Very disappointed best friends hen weekend chose the butler in the buff we wanted months ago. The one we received was a nice guy but in his 50s, amongst other things, and certainly not even a close second to the one we originally picked. Very cross and would never recommend this company

If I could give zero stars then I would. This company is completely incompetent. They take ages to give a venue and then issued a venue outside the city centre despite promising it would be central. I queried this and they said it's busy season even though I have booked 3 months in advanced. Then the "model" called to see if it was still going ahead, then called the same day 5 hours before the event asking to move the event to two hours earlier. I said it wouldn't be possible because we didn't have the venue but he had another booking and needed to travel. He called back and said he could do it but we need to start at 4 "none of this faffing". He then didn't turn up and didn't message. I text him to tell him we were here then he called and said his car broke down but they're sending someone else. Tried contacting direct to get a new model and noone responded. They were also meant to provide equipment, a prize and an instructor and none of that was provided. All they did was book a venue and they didn't even do that right. I imagine the model must have been stunning because he sure as hell wasn't employed for his brains. Gave off real small dick energy as well. AVOID!!!

Seriously disappointed with this company. Granted I only booked 3 days before the event, however received confirmation. Not until I booked I saw these reviews so I decided to email them for additional confirmation to which they confirmed the booking was good to go.

Morning of the event received an email to say entertainer had caught covid and offered me unreasonable options.

Unlike most of the negative reviews, I DID receive my deposit back, which is the only reason I have given 2 stars.

I would seriously avoid this company. I called Twisted Stag and Hen and paid a further deposit, however they went above and beyond trying to find me someone. Unfortunately due to last minute they couldn’t get anyone, but again I received my deposit back from them. Seriously recommend Twisted Stag and Hen for any booking similar to this.
