Do not believe the positive reviews. These are scam artists. We hired a dwalf and paid £100 deposit. Day before the event they cancelled as the dwalf apparently had COVID (look at the rest of the reviews they are say the same)
It’s a scam, do not use. I promise you.

Do not use! Cancelled with 5 days notice after being booked for months, offered a replacement for £65 extra. When I replied asking for a discount due to the inconvenience they just went ahead and cancelled the booking! The phone number is just an automated service with options and no chance to speak to a real person. Would massively recommend Twisted Hen and Stag as they rebooked us and were fantastic!

I just had a great night as a Butler wearing an apron, bow tie and cuffs, and nothing else…

I was professional and they were charming.

It was a 30th birthday party where I served drinks and took care of the guests all evening. We all had a wonderful time.

I got in touch with them well in advance to ensure that I was well prepared and could be sure that they had a good time.

I arrived on time and the look on the birthday girl’s face was priceless.

We had good communication before and during the evening, so I was able to take good care of them.

I told one of the ladies, who wasn’t used to drinking, to come to me if she needed help; thankfully it wasn’t needed.

When my time was up, they pleaded with me to stay for a while longer. A great night was had by all.

I’m looking forward to my next job as a butler or life model.

Worst performance ever! We have booked performance for the hen do and it was absolute disaster! When u book they give you option to choose performer, costume etc! Performer arrived early , smelly, not the person we choose, with no costume , with no experience he told us it was the first time as he was drawing “model” ! He has not comminuted with us what is allowed and what is not! He took his all clothes off even we said NO!! Dance performance was 4min max with no dancing skills , in his normal clothes… it was shocking! Couldn’t make much scene as didn’t want to ruin hen night as she didn’t have clue!! Performer was sweaty , smelly , no 6 pack or any pack , no costume, just bad!! Worst experience ever would not recommend to use this company for hen do as they ruined our evening!!!!

DO NOT USE.... I WISH WE HAD SEEN ALL THESE REVIEWS PRIOR TO BOOKING, ALL WE CAME ACROSS WAS 5*
We booked 3 events. First being 2 butlers. 24 hrs before they refused to attend via WhatsApp unless we paid more on top cash on the day.
2nd night was a stripper. We could pick the guy and outfit, however a pot head arrived, stinking of damp, had the shakes and was 20 years older than we expected (at least). Everyone was cringed out and didn't want to be near him, which he could sense so left after about 5 mins. He also wanted extra cash on the night.
3rd night was meant to be a male police officer dwarf.
A female then whats apped us, didnt know anything about the intended bar crawl, had no fancy dress but could meet us for a drink... Um, no your ok thanks. Anyway after going back and forth, they cancelled on us.
They claim we cancelled, however everything was done by email so we clearly have the proof, but still, they refused to give a refund....
Absolutely awful service.
Dont put yourself through the stress!!!

Cancelled last minute saying stripper had covid. Then wanted more money for alternative. Phones are on loop and can’t speak to anyone. Took full amount of money from my card.

Booked a service and when realising we'd booked the wrong one tried to cancel and change the service.
Emailed them multiple times requesting a change of service and got nothing other than an email saying thanks, your deposit has been forfeited. Emailed repeatedly saying we didn't want to cancel but rather change the service and they just ignored every one of them. Two days later they took the rest of the money from our account even though it didn't go ahead and emailed us to day full amount was payable regardless - so they have the time to email telling me my monies had been taken but dont reply when you try to change your booking.

Now trying to get my £260 refunded and again, all emails are being ignored.

Complete scam artists.

SCAM SITE DO NOT USE!

Booked entertainment for my friends stag doo, paid a large deposit and they didn't send anyone. Tried to call but the phones go in a loop and never reach anyone, complained online, received an automated email and noone ever came back to me. Chased on the email but nothing so pretty sure this is a scam website that just takes your deposit money and there's no way to get a refund. DO NOT USE

UPDATE- I have received a response saying they will not refund my deposit, after questioning this a new person told me they will be investigating this which can take up to 20 day then came back to me shortly after saying they will not refund my deposit again and provided no explanation.

If I could give minus stars I would, booked a male stripper for my Hen Do for may back in January everything was fine up until now I have 4 Days until my Hen Do and they messaged me this morning saying theyv had to cancel with an ridiculous excuse, they said theyv rebooked me to another venue but I was worried about this so contacted the venue and they said they had no booking so iv gone back to celebrate just right tried ring but you just go around on an automated system and theyv stopped replying to emails, now I have no stripper booked and are £85 down as they won’t give me a refund as I can’t actually speak to anyone, I’m fuming not looking forward to my Hen Do and it’s hasn’t even started yet. UTTER SCAM DONT GOVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!!

I can only echo what the other reviews say. Absolute joke of a company. No communication, phoneline with no human on the other end, offered a replacement 3 days before as the dwarf apparently had covid (again!) and then cancelled the replacement 4 hours before the event and said they tried their best. Been offered a refund but highly doubt I will get it. Money grabbing fraudsters who I would avoid at all cost! My feeling is that they cancel what you've booked and offer a replacement in hopes that you dont want the replacement and then they can steal your deposit because you cancel. Scummy company.

Avoid! Stripper actually looked like a 40 year old police man, it was so bad it should have been funny but actually it was just awful. They stripper was lovely, I feel bad writing this review, but if you book a big black man with a six pack you don't expect a man in his 40s without any muscles! The company were awful at communicating and the phone number doesn't get you through to a person. Total joke, would never ever use this company again. It's a con - you don't get who you book.

Avoid at all cost!
They cancelled on my 4 days prior to the event that was book about a month in advance, supposedly due to venue not confirming. The only solution they gave me was to provide some details for venues for me to contact to arrange myself- venues that half of them are closed for last 2 or 3 years! That's not a customer service at all! Awful!

Would give zero if I could as they didn't deliver on any aspect. They say they can only confirm the venue 3 days prior to the event, despite up booking at least one month ahead of the event date. Chased numerous times to get the venue confirmed to book our night around, only for them to come back two days before to say the venue had cancelled. Clearly they were unable to find a venue and made that up. Didn't offer any other solution for a venue so it's clear they don't have an agreement in place with venues in the area, yet they continue to offer this service now.

AVOID!!! Cancelled on the day of the event!!!!!!! Ridiculous company. Booked months in advance and still cancelled on the day of the event disgusting

Booked for a birthday surprise they cancelled our chosen female that morning and offered us an alternative which we accepted, for them to then cancel this one aswell with only 90 mins notice before the event! Would definitely not recommend or use again

Wish I could give less stars. Had a hen do in York and booked a Stripper. On the page looked mid 20's, black, muscly and tattooed. Instead got a barely 18 year old, skinny black guy who didn't know what he was doing. Experience was crap and awkward and only lasted 10 minutes before he got out his tiny todger. Plus forget the police man outfit we had asked for.

We booked a stripper Saturday 9th April for my friends hen garden party, we requested a black man wearing cowboy dress, which we didn’t get, we paid the deposit and the rest in cash that evening, we were not able to speak to anyone to change the time or check we were all ok getting what we requested, however email only, when the stripper arrived, he was very nice and I said your not black and he replied they always do this!!!
We have since complained and have been told it’s in the small print they cannot guarantee your requests!!!,
I SUGGEST TO ANYONE TO CHECK YOUR BOOKING OR SIMPLY DO NOT USE THEM, AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY .

I ordered a roly poly stripper for my friend's birthday but a few hours before she turned up I had a phone call with the girl pretending to cough and said she's sending someone else.. someone the doesn't look at all like a roly poly turned up but I bought a gimp mask for her to put on him and she didn't even use it and then took of with it the thieving b***h haha.. only lasted about 5 minutes as well.. wasn't worth the money at all.. I would 100% avoid this company completely

Booked a roly poly striper for a birthday party then six o clock the night before they message to say its cancelled due to covid .can't get in touch with them so will be taking them to the small claims court for my deposit absolute scamming company all fake just out to Rob.

Paid for a Roly Poly stripper and venue, we were told the venue was booked but when we turned up they said they hadn't received anything. I tried emailing/calling the company just to confirm before the day and we hadn't received anything.
