A little irritation on the arrival through non monitoring of the business what’s app - since everything done remotely it was perseverance to get through
Post this excellent apartment and well kitted
I would highly recommend the only negative feedback would be the two pillows (only ones provided)were far too thick and uncomfortable bar which negated a good sleep

It was a great, perfect place to stay. Everything was very clean, from the reception area all the way to the individual apartments. The location is ideal, and it’s definitely great value for money.

I’ve already recommended the apartments to a few of my friends who will be visiting in the next few weeks.

There was a small issue when I arrived, as I didn’t receive the code for the key and had to wait in the lobby for about two hours until it was sorted. However, the lobby was so comfortable that I didn’t mind too much.

In fact, I’ll be back in Manchester in the next few days, and I’m planning to stay there again.

Apartment wasn’t the cleanest with thick dust on the skirting boards, stains on the sofa, handprints all over the windows and mirrors and the table looked like it hadnt been wiped. The shower in one of the en-suites was broken. The temperature gauge didnt work and I almost scolded myself on the extremely hot water that was coming from it. There were only two forks for an apartment of four which meant we had to eat a cooked breakfast with a spoon.
Other than that the location was good.

All in all, it has been a wonderful experience for us as a couple using Charles Hope Apartments for the very first time! I would've given it a 5-star review had it not been for some of the delays in getting back to us and in resolving issues with them providing pots and pans that were not suitable for the induction stove, and providing no oven gloves, no kitchen towel, no box of tissue paper, and they were very stingy in stocking up for the other cleaning products. Additionally, they sent the wrong helper in trying to resolve our initial issues upon arrival as we were trying to settle into our rental apartment #16 at the Battersea Power Station. Fortunately, Embassy Blvd MODA (the main concierge located at 29 Linear Place, Nine Elms, were most responsive and helpful when Darren Easmon (the MODA Maintenance Manager) came by personally himself into our apartment and was successful in troubleshooting the problem. Darren went out of his way to provide us with the pots/pans suited for the induction stove and also brought and loaned us a pair of his own oven gloves for our use during the duration of our 8 nights stay there (May 6-14, 2026). Another individual who was most helpful at the main concierge in providing useful information to us was Gerald Lucas at Embassy Blvd MODA. Charles Hope Apartments could've done better with their staffing or employees who spoke little or no English and it was most frustrating for us trying to communicate, never mind understand what they were saying. The maid or helper had to resort to using Google Translate as we patiently waited for their response. Overall, it was a modern, spacious apartment and we liked the quietness, location, facilities, and convenience to shops, amenities and public transport. We felt safe staying here and will definitely return to staying in this area. Genuine experience! There is still room for Charles Hope to make improvements basing on our honest feedback.

The apartment was fabulous with stunning views of the city, suited us perfectly. The only thing was checking in, we had received no code so had to ring up, no instructions re use of lift and front door. But we got round it and were satisfied. Wi-Fi was inadequate, only one of us could sign in with the residents code supplied. The beds were really comfortable and bathroom/kitchen very clean and well equipped. We loved our stay at Charles Hope!

Lovely apartment right in the city centre. Had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. Took a bit of finding but once we were there we were talked through the check in very easily. Would highly recommend.

Could not be happier with the apartment and the service i received. I will definatly return, i will also tell friends and family as i believe this is a hidden gem. Thank you again.

The apartments are nice, comfortable, and well furnitured.
But the onboarding was very hard: first of all, I booked for a two bedrooms apartment (travelling with my family) and 5 days before I arrived, I have been warned that I could only have 2 one bedroom apartments (with no extracharge - thank you!). Then, nobody knew "Charles Hope Apartments" when we asked around the corner; it was written nowhere that it was in the "Moda" complex but it could help to give more information. It took us more than 45 minutes to find the right place.
Once inside, we missed a coffeemachine and a hairdryer. But we had a very nice stay.

Cozy, clean flat. It had everything we needed. Easy check in. Everything was fine. Stayed only for one night. Would have loved to stay longer! Nice and quiet, comfortable beds!

Nice apartment but checking in was one of the most stressful and difficult experiences I've ever had for an overnight stay. Plus I don't want told before I booked that I would need ID and £100 deposit to check in.

Apartment was very pleasant, very clean, roomy, and great to have 2 bedrooms identical.
Would definitely recommend. Only downside was that it was further from the station than we thought and a little difficult to find . All the large buildings have no signs on and it was a case of ruling others out one by one !

I saw some reviews prior to staying that said it was hard to find and check into - this wasn't the case whilst I stayed, I found it easily despite it being 11pm on a Sunday night and the lady on the phone helped me check in quickly.

Room was great, very tidy and good facilities. Stayed at Brighton apartment.

I booked this apartment because it stated there was on site parking, which was a key reason for choosing it. On arrival, access was more complicated than expected and required a fob and a series of instructions that were not made clear at booking.

The room was not cleaned when I arrived, meaning I had to go back out in heavy rain to resolve this and have a new room made free.

The gym was also a reason for booking, however access is inconvenient as it requires going back through the courtyard.

Overall, the experience did not match what was advertised.

I couldn't get into the building and I couldn't access the lift to get to the apartment to be let in. The whatsapp would only open the door to the apartment so I ended up following a resident into the building and lift to get to the room to be let in. There was no running water which was sorted by sending a video. Really unwelcoming check in and quite embarrassing.

What a beautiful apartment....exceptional.
Clean, welcoming, spacious and with everything you could need, crockery, cutlery and good pans for cooking on the induction hob. Good sized fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine. Ironing board and iron, a clothes airer too.
Exceptionally comfy bed, with cotton sheets, fluffy towels, a wonderful walk in shower in the bathroom, and a separate WC with generous sized sink.
Warm. Comfortable sofa, nice dining table and a nice sized TV, which once we found the absent remote down under the sofa cushions, was easy to find something to watch.
Good security, coded entry for both outer and apartment doors.
Ground floor, and extremely close to everything nice in Salisbury.
Convenient car park opposite.
Would love to stay here again, a home from home.

1. Checking in took too long - found my name but could not find my room
2. No recommendation of restaurants - when I asked the question, I was told there were no restaurants on the site - when I got to work the next day, I was told about one very close buy. Disappointed as I had to go to the Co-Op to buy food to cook which I did not want to do after a long journey
3. No Handbook with information as follows:
a. How the cooker worked
b. How to adjust the air-conditioning
c. How to use the coffee machines
d. Could not get Wi-Fi - the info in the apartment was different to the email address but neither got me in
e. No dressing table with mirror - so make up put on in the bathroom and hair dried looking at the lounge mirror
f. Restaurants nearby
