Exceptional Customer Service throughout. Ordered leaflets and a pull-up roller banner a few weeks ago, which was delivered quickly and was of exceptional quality. Last night ordered a PVC banner with the wrong dimensions. Customer service has been in touch to advise accordingly and have been emailing me back and forth multiple times to help me correct the issue as I am a total amateur at this. Finally, I have provided a design which has been approved and is on the way to printing. Highly grateful and a permanent customer :D

Placed an order, there was an issue with the quality of image I had provided. I emailed to discuss in order to sort the matter, no response, emailed again and asked for advice. Again no response. Finally asked for a refund, funny how I got a response to this. Told I'd be only entitled to some of my money as there's a £20 cancellation charge plus they also take 30% of the cost of your order. Terrible customer service, not received any money or any response to my last emailed from late November.
