Terrible user experience
Terrible user experience - they take payment first and then the interface is clunky - files fail to upload then have to guess why that is as the link to help page is broken. Wasted loads of time when vista print got the result i wanted in under a minute.

Great experience using Cheapest print online today ! A fantastic family run business - Website is easy to navigate and I quickly found what I needed. I had issues with my content uploading and the customer services team were super helpful ! Ensured that this went through smoothly and that I was happy with the end result. Only thing that stopped me giving them a 5 was that I couldnt get through on the phone but that is just a minor point. I cant wait to see the product when its delivered ! I would highy recommend !

Works well, great price
First time I used this it was so smooth and the price and quality were fantastic. The second time there was a technical issue because of the way I'd created the document and they were really good and I got it sorted out. I would definitely recommend them.

Have tried to support this family business today, am trying to organise a display board, with artwork that is already approved but going the extra mile to be helpful assist and making it work for a customer is not their thing, small independent business want the community to support them, my event is in the same town Leicester, so after calling them at 10am this morning to be told to send and email, finally respond middle afternoon, and saying go look on website. Don’t expect human assistance
