Cherry Acres Animal Housing Avis 

Absolutely thrilled with our new Garden Store which Ben & his crew installed today. Built to our design it sits perfectly beside our listed house in Kent. Ben, his wife and daughter all work together and are a pleasure to deal with. Cherry Acres' build quality is excellent as are their prices. Highly recommended!

I read the reviews before ordering and on the whole felt this was a small company offering a bespoke service. Communication was pretty good on the whole. Yes delivery and installation was delayed a few weeks but I was kept upto date every step of the way and each delay was for a valid reason; delays in a part being received (so they went to Southampton to collect it) and who doesn't have the occasional personal issue that impacts us going to work. I can't fault the service or delivery/installation. Supporting local businesses always needs a bit more flexibility and on the whole I'm delighted with Cherry Trees.

Cherry Acres have created my dream bun house. The imagination and creativity of the design exceeded my high expectations. The customer service is also exemplary. Thank you cherry acres for your wonderful work

There is nothing not to like about this business. I have just read through some of the negative accounts here and they could not be further from the truth when it comes to my experience.
FANTASTIC communication, service, product and not to mention people!
I received my new coop this morning at a prompt time, they were quick to put it up and were very pleasant to talk to.
Payment and the use of the website was very easy.
I will be ordering from them again soon! Worth every penny!

Ordered a rabbit house, good quality more than happy with.

In my opinion Cherry Acres could improve their communication with the customer but apart from that all was fine.

The hen houses are amazingly built, and really well thought through. This is my second hen house from Cherry Acres, the first one was great but the second was a panic purchase as I had some unexpected chicks hatch and they were amazing at getting back to me within the hour and were able to deliver it the same week (I am aware this was a one off as they build them from scratch) but i was so grateful. Thankyou!

We couldn’t have asked for a more courteous experience. The kennel was erected exactly as specified and I’m so pleased with the end result. I have nothing negative to say about this company and their staff

We're waiting to get delivered the second part (the roof) of our Albany Dogs's House - and will edit once done. But the whole experience has been really good, quick, and communication very efficient. They even got out of their way to match our own dimensions and didn't charge more for that. You can see that they really care about their customers.

Do not use this company. They are taking orders and your money upfront but then pushing back delivery due to “not being able to find drivers.”
I paid £1,574.95 upfront on March 23rd for a rabbit shed. They cancelled delivery 4 times the day before delivery was due. Lots of emotional excuses eg illness and medical emergencies. The administrator is a pure actress - she is a hard nosed telesales professional. I am currently going to civil court to get my money back. She will say she has repaid it and blames a company called Square for not reimbursing the credit card. They also never refunded £100 “goodwill gesture”after the second cancellation. This is a terrible company - do not use.
UPDATE- eventually (after the Trust pilot review) they refunded my money on May 30th

Great product and helpful delivery / assembly team. The only downside was that the delivery had to be rescheduled twice apparently due to lack of drivers.
Despite that I’d use them again.

V bad experience, would not recommend this company, it’s not worth the stress and hassle. It’s also been quite unprofessional how this company have responded to my review (and others). Although you’ve seen they have deleted the comment, they are nasty!

Item ordered mid March and delivery arranged, phone call the morning of delivery to say van had broken and they couldn’t deliver until 10 days later, I called the Friday before to check was still on for delivery, then the day before had a call to say they wouldn’t be delivering as promised “they had been let down by others”. Promised delivery later in week on. Day before another phone call, the this time to say floor was broken and needed to be fixed, so wouldn’t be delivering for a 3rd time, by this point we started to feel it would never happen and they were just pulling excuses out of a hat! Said they would re-do floor and then deliver next day. next day they phoned to say on further inspection to put it on the van that whole thing was broken. They did say we could start over and they would redo but unfortunately couldn’t tell me when would be ready and with time of the essence and all the run around we’d experienced, I had no option but to request refund.

Rabbits stuck in temp accommodation, money and time spent on putting down a base for shed that never arrived. Wish I had checked reviews before going ahead.

I have found another local company this afternoon and hope to have a house for my rabbits soon!

Ordered a standard product from this company in September 22, making clear it was a product required for winter use and ground conditions meant timing was important. I was told delivery would be within 8 weeks. Despite many follow ups, no shed appeared. In Feb 23 (5 months later !), requested a refund if they could not make a prompt delivery. They then arranged and failed to make a delivery in late Feb. They have agreed a refund, but it is now May 23 and I am still waiting. They ignore answerphone messages and emails and, if you do get someone to answer the phone, promised callbacks do not happen. Cannot recommend this company.

A fabulous service with quick ordering and delivery, excellent communications and a thoroughly professional and friendly team! And my new shelter for my mini Shetland is amazing! Highly recommended!

Ordered a large rabbit shed - bunny haven - yes I had read the reviews but thought I would give this small business a chance - I’m not disappointed with my purchase at all - was called to arrange the day - the delivery day was changed but that was to do with the weather - Dan and his daughter arrived to build the house - 3 hours later I have a fantastic new home for the rabbits - thank you very much - sometimes you need to judge things for yourself

Excellent quality product and fast dispatch time. Professional, helpful and friendly service.

The company was given a 3 month lead on the project to build 2 basic animal shelters. The delivery and build dates were changed several times. We were promised both sheds would be built in a day and they would arrive early. They arrived late and only built one in a day and then had to arrange to come back the week after to build the second shed. After both sheds had been built the quality of the build is very amateur with hardly any straight cuts and wood not being flush. We had arranged a partial refund due to the poor quality of the build and one month later we are still waiting for any sign of a refund. Calls and messages go unanswered. Very disappointed in this company and would not recommend.

Ordered a bespoke tortoise house and run from cherry acres which was delivered and installed today. Their prices are excellent and they were very accommodating- I changed the measurements and nothing was too much trouble. The quality of the house and run is excellent and we now have 2 very happy tortoises. Excellent communication throughout and the lady in the office is lovely. Highly recommend

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered on the 3rd January with a 2-4 week lead time. Nothing has turned up despite several delivery dates being provided after me pushing them for the dates. I’ve cancelled the order and requested a refund but had nothing back. They said a refund would be provided in 10 working days.. nothing. They won’t answer my calls or my emails and I’m now going to submit to the small claims court. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
