Chiquito Avis 

The Hemel Hempstead branch and the staff were very organised considering we had a large group the timing was perfect between courses. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the menu changes are not great, bring back the chocolate chilli melt with honey comb ice cream!

Tried the new Christmas Menu and the Honey Chilli Pigs In Blankets are amazing!! Would definitely recommend the Christmas Burrito with the little pot of cranberry salsa dip on the side it was really tasty. I finished off with the Mexican Yule Log with a twist of orange and cinnamon in and a scoop of ice cream I was in heaven!
Absolutely loved all the staff in their Christmas Jumpers, the Management were excellent and made us feel very welcome. Can recommend the Birstall Chiquito’s for a fun, tasty, enjoyable meal any day of the week!!

We have being going to Chiquito York for a number of years now, and highly recommend it the food is wonderful and all the staff are a credit to the manager there.
Nothing has ever been to much trouble, any likes or dislikes are always catered for nothing is to much trouble. My late father always asked to go there on Sundays for breakfast his treat to us on two occasions we were in my father had just become a great grandad again and just before we left the staff brought a large cookie out with a congratulations message iced onto it totally unexpected. The other occasion was my fathers 93 rd Birthday, they knew he liked ice cream and brought him a special one out with a candle in.
The waitress who served us on both occasions is called Justyna she has always gone the extra mile with us and similar experiences with the rest of the staff, again a very friendly restaurant back again on Sunday. 👍👍

Just felt I needed to say how well we were looked after by Steve and the team at the Lenton branch. Home from home as soon as we walked in. Drinks were done with flair and food was an excellent standard, served in a timely fashion, hot and tasty. Nothing was too much trouble... Cheers guys - would highly recommend! :)

Being honest....portion size was small...if you just had a main course you would go home hungry!! Luckily we had starters too. Very over priced for what you get and felt like the staff at the Southport branch were ready to go home by 10pm.....wouldn’t go back!!

Visited Chiquito Shrewsbury for a family meal and can highly recommend.
Great choice of menu inclding wide choice of vegetation options.
Helpful prompt relaxed service.

Poor service waited an hour and a half for food still no show..very poor customer service ..we have left now kids fed up with wait and hungry..we will not be going here again..it was my first time .I will not be reccomending this restaurant to anyone ..

First visit to restaurant at Westwood cross Broadstairs.... the meet/greet lady was very nice and the manager (Neil)was most pleasant
The atmosphere was very nice and cosy ....The menu had food to suit everyone at very reasonable prices ...... the restaurant was very clean as was the cooking area
our food arrived hot and freshly cooked
On the whole the service was great and we would strongly recommend this restaurant

Chiquito Newcastle Eldon square. Basic customer service training Is definitely needed for the staff. Coming to ask us if there is anything else disappointing is just shocking . Waiting over 30 minutes for drinks bringing vegetarian food on the same plate with chicken and beef is just unacceptable.

i took my family to chiquitos in llantrisant had some amazing meals we had the ribs while the others ordered burgers and cheesy nachos chips and sided i must admit the food was amazing the staff was polite , the bar staff was amazing i loved dinning out at this place the manager came over to see if we were all satisfied, i would highly recommend this restaurant

There was group of 6 of us we order cocktails only some of cocktails came and then some random beer we then order out starter then our mains waiting ages and in that time we had finished out first drinks order seconds but they didnt come untill we had all finished our main which werent hot at all they very cold in middle and had no taste service was just so slow

Fort Kinnaird, Edinburgh. Food was OK but far too many onions! The overall cost was not cheap but the quality of the food did let the place down. Redeeming factor? Staff were really good. Our server, Ray, (tall, scary-looking chap) was really polite and helpful and made the whole experience much better than it could have been.

I like the beans, eggs, sausages and bacon, I don't like mushrooms or tomatoes so the cook didn't put them on my breakfast for me. Thank you for the colouring book and hat. Will be back soon depending on bus timetable

I visited yesterday lunch time. The service was friendly attentive and efficient. Will definitely recomend to my friends and family. Really good food. Looking forward to visit again.
