Our order was processed quickly, almost too quickly ! Nearly caught us out with delivery within a couple of days but we sorted that easily on the phone. Pallet guy on delivery was brilliant couldn't have been more helpful. Product easily assembled from the instruction provided without too much struggle Advise a good impact driver and someone to help with the lifting.Quality looks good for the price so all in all very satisfied.

I ordered a 4’ x 6’ log store. It’s certainly built to last. Good solid treated timber.

Log store is a good solid item at a very good price, easy to assemble.
Only one negative, it comes on a blue pallet. If it was a unpainted one I would have used it for the log burner, rather than taking this one to the tip.

Excellent service and value, personal call to arrange delivery date was nice. Maybe delivery pallet could be made smaller/lighter or even eco-collected on mass for re-use, it was too big to get into a hatchback car for disposal.
Only improvement would be an email after purchase with an estimated delivery date, i had to search website to see tat it could be 2 weeks before company made any contact.
