This is my second review for CJCH
This is my second review for CJCH. They did an excellent job of the purchase on my mother in law's new flat and they have now just completed the sale of her house. A big thank you to Kimberley Lenahan who handled things super professionally, always reacted quickly to e mails and was generally on top of the whole process (and the sale happened very fast so she needed to be). I will definitely use CJCH again. A modern, smart team with an excellent customer ethos.

I had an excellent experience with this firm of solicitors during the sale of my property. From start to finish, they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Everything was handled smoothly, and whenever any issues arose, they were dealt with promptly and efficiently.
I mainly worked with Kimberly, who was fantastic throughout the entire process. She guided me every step of the way, always making sure I understood what was needed and helping coordinate things with the estate agent and the other party involved. Her professionalism and support made what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and well-managed.
I’m extremely happy with the service I received, and I genuinely feel it was great value for the money. I would happily recommend this company to anyone and I’m very grateful for everything they did for me right through to completion.

Selling a property is one of the most…
Selling a property is one of the most stressful times, but we had a very professional service from CJCH. We were selling a leasehold buy-to-let flat and the process was quite prolonged because of delays in getting answers from the management company, but these were always followed up by CJCH and we felt we had a team that were on our side. It was great to be able to speak to a real person and numerous times emails were followed up by a phone call to keep us updated. Special mention to Rebecca in the Blackwood office who was always calm and cheery! We would definitely recommend and would use their conveyancing services again.

Gavyn was excellent. I went to Cwmbran magistrates and although the court was busy he managed to get me seen with in 20 minutes and it was dealt with there and then! He offered to give me an helping hand with extra bits so I can’t reccomend his service enough. Thank you
