We have used CJCH in Blackwood on three occasions over the last few years, the most recent being my mother's house sale. I would definitely recommend this firm. Communication is excellent and staff are helpful and pleasant which makes a stressful time that much easier - thank you Rebecca and Nia.

By far the best firm I’ve ever used for a house move. Ffion Barnett was absolutely incredible from start to finish, patient, knowledgeable, and diligent throughout the entire process. She communicated with us constantly and explained everything clearly, which made a complex sale and purchase feel so much more manageable.

Our transaction wasn’t straightforward, but Ffion went above and beyond to make sure everything stayed on track, especially towards the end when the timeframes became tight. I genuinely trusted her completely, something I’ve rarely felt with conveyancers in the past.

She was professional, approachable, and took the time to explain every hurdle in detail so we always understood where we stood. Ffion has genuinely restored my faith in conveyancers. I can’t thank her enough for her hard work and commitment.

I would 100% recommend CJCH Solicitors, and especially Ffion, to anyone looking for a solicitor who truly cares and delivers exceptional service.

CJCH dealt with the sale of our late mother’s property. The process was less stressful than I expected and the app was useful for completing initial paperwork. Our emails to Alix, were answered within the same day or next day. The service we received was professional and good value, will definitely use CJCH in the future.

We got in touch with CJCH solicitors, who helped with the selling of my mum's property back in England.... Kimberley was really friendly and kept us in the loop throughout, she was fantastic and made the whole thing less stressful, can't fault her. I would definitely recommend to friends and family

We actually completed on the sale and purchase of our properties in June, but forgot to leave a review. However, the service Theresa, Kimberley and Gemma provided to us was fantastic, and so better late than never I say! CJCH Blackwood were recommended to us by our next door neighbours, and we are so grateful that they were. We found Theresa and Kimberley to be very helpful during the sale and purchase of our properties, and always took the time to answer any questions we had either by email or phone call. Thanks to the app CJCH provided, it was very straightforward understanding which part of the process we were at and what we were waiting for in order to proceed. I would definitely recommend the CJCH Blackwood branch especially for anyone looking to sell or purchase a property, and we would certainly use them again in the future.

Theresa, Gemma &Kimberly at CJCH Solicitors have been exemplary. We hit a few snags with our house purchase and nothing was too much trouble for them. We took a gamble as we had no recommendations but they are local to us and boy did it pay off! They kept us updated regularly and were only a phone call or email away at all times. Thank you so much for your help!

High praise and gratitude for the professional service that Nia and Rebecca provided through our house sale and purchase, every area of support was made available and the level of communication made us feel reassured and in safe hands. I would not hesitate to use CJCH for future purposes.

Ffion and Elizabeth were amazing and guided me through the process of buying a house. They were always willing to answer any questions ( and I had loads) and help me in any way. Thank you so much. I have used Ffion twice now and would definitely recommend.

We can't thank Ella enough for her help, advice and clear explanations at the Blackwood branch today. She's a true professional.

We recently had the pleasure of using CJCH on the sale of our property and purchase of our new property. Kimberley was with us from day one and from start to finish I found the whole experience straightforward and nothing was too much tricky. If I needed further information, Kimberley was always readily available, replying quickly and always offered the most helpful advice. She also helped us to push through the completion before an upcoming holiday and even with tight deadlines things went very smoothly on the day. Thank you CJCH and in particular Kimberley for all of your help, support and unwavering determination to get us to the finish line!

I was recommended CJCH by a work colleague. Having received extortionate quotes from local solicitors when getting my offer excepted for buy my first house. I hadn’t been through the buying process before, the staff at CJCH were very informative, telling me each step and what will happen next. From me instructing them to completion was 5 weeks, which is unheard of from people I have spoken to.
I cannot recommend this solicitors enough.
I dealt with Kimberly, Theresa and Gemma - thank you so much.

Amazing experience with the company all done fast and efficient. Special thank you to Danielle who has been amazing throughout the process. Again thank you and I highly recommend.

Lauren Phillips and her team were extremely helpful in conducting our late fathers estate and probate. We were out at ease and kept informed along the way. We are very grateful for their help and continuing support.

Have used Natalie for over 10 years now, on all of my property transactions. Historically has been residential purchase/sale. This one was a development and honestly couldn't have been more knowledgable and proactive. Was a really difficult case and through no fault of CJCH dragged on for what seemed an eternity, but everything we needed was actioned efficiently and accurately. Just a shame the same couldn't be said for the other parties within the process. Incredible! Thanks guys!
