I have been with Clarity for nearly two years before being hired by HSE. I must say that I had a very smooth experience with the staff, especially with Laura, who is the Director of Nursing and Medical Recruitment. If not for her, I wouldn't be able to work in the community, which I love so much. She guided me and helped me a lot with everything I needed. I would give her more than five stars. Have been with Clarity Locums for over three years. Always find them very professional and easy to deal with. The app is by far the most user friendly locum app I’ve used and makes booking locums and organising your workload extremely easy. Have never had a problem with this locum agency.

In space of a week I have 3 shifts where I did not get paid the amount as was offered even though I had a screenshot as a prove, the response I got that we are sorry but we can’t do anything about it.
Since May I have very few shifts available, this week and next there is nothing, I emailed you again asking if that is normal for the month as I only started working for the company and I have no experience with system. I got answer that we can not predict shifts.
Now I’m worry about my income and have to start looking for a permanent job.
