Could improve cancellation policy.

No feedback on employers on why they reject an offer. No communications from the agency on what goes wrong and I had to waste hours to figure out what has gon wrong

Overall, they’re really helpful and easy to work with but a few months ago my point of contact got changed and I’ve been having the same issue over and over again with the staff down for county Wexford. Whenever I need to negotiate a rate once they’ve been approved clarity staff forgets to book it straightaway. Therefore, I end up not being to book the shift.

I’ve tried to get this problem fixed but they just say that more shifts would appear which I think is not a good way to solve the issue.

Keep calling and texting whenever they need a cover even when you're not on call. Track your activity on the app. Dismissive attitude. They can't even put the right address in the description a lot of times even when you point it out. On top of it the employers get charged truly extortionate fees
