Clonsillablinds Avis 

Used them several time over the last 20 years, last time was full house fit out. A year later 3 of the blinds dont work. Never again will I use them.

My Wife and I went to Clonsilla Blinds with a view to pricing.
We wanted blinds for 6 windows.
We met 2 genuinely lovely Ladies that were very professional and accommodating.
We arranged for someone to come along and measure for pricing.
We got a superb deal and went ahead.
A week later the fitter arrived and carried out a superb job in fitting and answered any questions.
The blinds are of very high quantity and really look well.
All in all our experience with Clonsilla Blinds was very pleasant and I wouldn't think twice about recommending their services.

I Brought my old blind up to Clonsilla Blind's for a refurb the young lady very helpful, she explained that the colour and design was not in stock anymore and that they could do a very similar colour that would be very close to the original colour, she mentioned that there might be a join but it would up the top so will only be noticeable when the blind is fully open. While I was ordering the older lady arrived. She was very rude and obnoxious for no reason.She said that “”we can’t possibly have it ready by Friday, even though I had agreed with the younger lady that I could collect it myself, when it’s ready. she then demanded I pay upfront even though I already paid. It seemed like she was on some sort of power trip. I collected the blindLater in the week it soon became very clear that it was cheaply made and that the material was nothing like the original material , it had a very light paper feel to it. My Wife called her and she was an absolute weapon. Rude arrogant smart ass. I will take this further because of her bullying tactics. But be warned, there are much better places to spend your hard earned cash on, and your time.

Very good in terms of initial sales and fitting. One venetian blind downstairs has an issue since just a few weeks after warranty expired (1 year), which is disappointing. Expensive to arrange call out and repair. I feel most companies would do more considering the fault such a short time after warranty and after fitting out the whole house, so I wouldn't recommend.

Clonsilla Blinds were fantastic. The guy who measured was a perfectionist and had great suggestions.. exactly what we needed. Tom, the fitter, arrived on time, was totally organised and had the blinds up in jig time. The whole job was done less than 2 weeks after the order went in. The only slight drawback was the fact that the old blinds are not collected. Well done Clonsilla Blinds. We are so happy with the quality of the blinds and their appearance. They really enhance our house.

Replaced all the blinds in my home. Excellent service from start to finish. Really nice company to deal with. Super price for the full fit out. Will always deal with them again in the future. Happy customer

Unfortunately their customer service really lets down their product. I spent a large sum of money to fit out my new home but after many issues with fitting and the blinds themselves and many opportunities to rectify these issues there has been no resolve. The sales team in Clonsilla are very accommodating with a great knowledge to assist with choosing the right product but this is as far as the customer service delivers.
