Your end was excellent promt dispatch, but the delivery DPD was appalling they said it was delivered and accepted by me but in trueth it was dropped off outside at the door of a house 2hundred yards away and the package was damaged.

Hi Norman, humble apologies for the inconvenience. I understand your frustration because we also feel the same. Once items leave our warehouse, we are depending on the couriers to perform an excellent, reliable service which we pay them for. On this occasion they let both parties down.

Not impressed with the communications…
Not impressed with the communications with the company. After receiving the initial automated order confirmation email there was no follow up email of when the product would be shipped until after I sent an email to chase the order. Admittedly this was over the Xmas/new Year break but the lack of communication was just poor. I needed the item urgently and never once did I get the feeling anybody could give a damn. And a shipping charge of £10 for a basin tap is just ridiculous.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Service and a Beautiful En-Suite!
I recently bought a new en-suite set and radiator from CNM Online and the whole experience was brilliant from start to finish. The customer service really stood out — the staff were so helpful, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I got exactly what I needed.
They guided me through the options, answered all my questions quickly, and made the process completely stress-free. Delivery was prompt, everything arrived in perfect condition, and the quality of the en-suite and radiator are excellent.
It’s rare to find a company that combines great products with such outstanding customer care. I’m absolutely delighted with my purchase and will definitely be recommending CNM Online to friends and family!
