Very rushed and unprofessional all they are interested in is taking your money, no aftercare what so ever. We had a question after and never received a response, I'm sure we would of if we hadn't of paid the £2k already, the advisor was 30mins late for the appointment.

Renewing My Will
I contacted the Co-op to renew my Will. I rang and a few details were taken over the phone and an appointment made for that same evening. A link was sent for a Teams meeting. Joshua L was very friendly and helpful and talked me through the process. He took all my details, discussed the best options for leaving my estate to my family and explained the next steps. Joshua was very knowledgeable and made the whole process very easy and I felt very comfortable with him.

LPA setup

I was able to get to speak to a real person quite quickly :)
My case manager (CRG) was very helpful & kindly explained some items that I was confused over.
Overall the whole process was quite simple & painless.

Slack follow up
Very good in the initial sales phase, but then having taken the £000s for the will to be prepared, very slack, inefficient, and taking too long to respond to queries, sometimes not responding at all. Seems everything is outsourced to 3rd parties once the initial sales process is complete and the follow up is very slack and impersonal.

We found that this was a straight forward process. Hassan Ali was clear and honest throughout, explaining clearly anything we needed clarification on. We didn't feel rushed in our decisions and was able to ask questions openly. We were pleasantly surprised with the fee and would highly recommend this service.

We got off to a rocky start until introduced to Matt Calveli
We got off to a rocky start as our original case manager was very evasive, only after continuously chasing she disappeared without trace. We were shortly after given a new case manager, Matthew Calveli. Well, what can we say, what a game changer! Matthew has been excellent in sorting our parents estates. His communication is second to none, he was very helpful and thorough with any questions we had and always replied to emails the same day. He has kept us updated every step of the way. His approach to sorting the cases has been outstanding. We cannot praise him enough. He is extremely efficient at what he does.
When our original case manager went awol we were able to phone and speak to somebody who called up mum and dads files and took the time to go through everything with us so we felt fully updated by the time the call ended. We would highly recommend co-op legal services, the fixed fee takes away the worry of costs building up and wondering where it all might end. The only negative we could say about the company as a whole is that they should maybe check more thoroughly the staff they employ as case managers as our initial experience, not all of them are as efficient as Matt Cavleli. This guy deserves a pay rise!

I have had an excellent experience with joanna damurakis whilst dealing with my brothers estate. Joanna is professional, reliable, and pragmatic and has made navigating the probate process easy. I was completely out of my depth until I contacted the Co op. I can't recommend Joanna or the coop highly enough.
