Awful experience! We were on our way and were told to call 30 mins before arrival, when doing so we called a copious amount of times and no one answered we therefore we left very last minute panicking and decided to a copious amount of times and no one answered we therefore were left very last minute panicking and decided to park inside London Gatwick Airport long stay parking. This caused so must unnecessary stress and financial detriment.

Had to give 30 mins and driver was still 15 mins late so I missed my train to london. Also not made clear at time of booking that there is an additional £26 charge at the airport, £13 drop off and £13 pickup. Had I known this I would have booked the meet and greet parking which would have been cheaper and more convenient without need to wait or pay additional fees

Be aware complete scam- they’ll charge you for meet and greet parking and then let you know just before arrival that the car park is shut and send you to a location 10 minutes away that requires a shuttle service to the airport while still charging you and advertising as the meet and greet service. Avoid at all cost.

Awful experience. Gave return flight info, called when flight landed at 2:15pm. Car wasn't returned to me until 5pm. It was emptied of fuel, and there was nobody there, the keys had been left on the front tyre. Trying to get a refund, do not use this company.

when arrived at car park we had to wait for a long nd thus missing our flight - when it was advertised that bus to terminal runs every 10 minutes - also they dropped up in radisson hotel car park and charged an additional £10 per person - when in fact this was not an airport levy charge

Booking and instructions for pick-up on the day easy and straight forward. I would always choose Meet and Greet from now on.

Awful experience. Was advertised as a meet and greet and turned out to be a park and ride. Location was awful, dirt tracked stable yard. Was met on arrival by two men who were less than professional. The mini bus wasn't there to take us to the airport so one of the workers offered to drive us in our car. We drove for around 2 minutes and he took 3 phone calls in this time. Then pulled over to get out and speak with someone else along the road. At which point when asked what he was doing, told us to calm down. Service was a disgrace and would never recommend to anyone

I park ask you to go to level 5 carpark 6 and you have to pay a further £8 on drop off and pick up, this makes it very expensive! It’s not made clear at all!

Would avoid at all costs. Charge you extra to drop to airport, threatened to damage my car over text message as they couldn’t start it with the ghost code and come back my car being keyed. Will be making a claim against them through companies house as they won’t reply to any of my messages or emails.

You abandoned my car at Luton Midland Station for 17 hours, resulting in a £60 fine, and your customer service team is ghosting my emails. Reply to my email or I am taking this to Trading Standards.

This company is a scam. I booked parking but no one answered on airport arrival and when i told Compare Parking this my email went unanswered and no refund given, so they ahve simply stolen my money. Police will be involved and pleae DO NOT book through this unscrupulous company, compleet scammers.

Recommended a Dud company called Spinx that doesn’t answer phones stuck at airport parked car and no meet and greet person. Need to get flight now worried what will happen to car!

i tried to call the parking company several time son my way to the airport as advised to call 30 mins before arrival to collect m car, there was no answer. Eventaully go through after about 7 attempts to call.

On collection, i called when in passport control and then again after we had exited the airpotr and was advised a driver would be there within 2-3 minutes, then i called again as nobody had arrived and was told 10 - 12 minutes, then advised it would not be the meet and great I had paid for , but i would be collected in a mini bus and taken to a car park. This all took over an hour and is not why i selected, meet and great.
