Absolute scam of a website. We booked "Premium Parking Park and Ride Manchester" and nothing about this was premium. We were instructed to call 30 minutes before arrival, which we did, and our call lasted all of 2 seconds as he said yes then put the phone down with no more information. The guy on the phone could not seem more bothered about our arrival. Once we got to the address of the carpark, it was nowhere to be seen. Instead, we had arrived at the back of an industrial estate, surrounded by 2nd hand car dealerships and auto breakers, not a very comforting site. We looked around for signs and saw none. The address we had actually been given, was to CS Cars UK, a used car dealer. Upon looking at this place, there was no carparking at all, it was literally a place where cars were being sold off to potential buyers. Im not being funny but does compareparkingprices actually vet the people selling services on their website? The actual address for this carpark is "Parking World Unit 2A, Shentonfield House, Shentonfield Rd, Sharston, Wythenshawe, Manchester M22 4RW" Just go have a look at their reviews on google and you'll see why they've hidden behind the 5 star reviews for CS Cars as parking worlds reviews are 1 star with people wishing they could do 0!!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS THIS WEBSITE CLEARLY DOESNT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. I'm so happy now that I decided on the day to leave and book airport parking instead as multiple people have found with parking world they damage cars and leave OPEN petrol cans in vehicles with 0 security and carkeys on full show for anyone to grab! Not everyone will be fortunate enought to be able to spend another £90 on top of the previous price I had paid for parking on the compareparkingprices website so please dont make the same mistake I did and just book airport parking instead it will seriously save you time, stress and money!!

This website promotes a bunch of amatures who claim to provide meet and greet services. My experience is nobody there to meet you (wait 40 mins until they turn up) and when you arrive back you call them from baggage hall, it’s answered by some guy sitting in his house, doesn’t sound like a business. Then walk up to your terminal car park and wait 40 mins until they eventually turn up with your car. Look out for damage. My car has a big dent in passenger side from another vehicle but I failed to spot it at pickup. In any case they say damage is your responsibility. They only have two jobs. Meet you to take you car and then look after it until you return. Neither was done for me. The reviews on the actual website are a joke.

Even on this website, the one line 5 star reviews with obvious fake names are so suspect. Look for the reviews here from real people.

Used this website to book my parking for Manchester airport in early July. Chose Airport Valet Service Ltd-Altrincham, from their website. Did not see anything stipulating that there would be additional fee of £6 on drop off and collection at airport, until after booking completed.
On arrival at the car park it was not secure as stated as there was only a barrier which was not closed or secured. There was no reception and no one on site, just cars crammed in to a yard bumper to bumper. Rang the mobile number again spoke with someone who stated they would be there shortly. Black battered minibus turned up and rushed us into vehicle and took our key. Asked for his £6 and made the bumpy journey around the back roads to the airport.
Returning to the airport, met driver in short stay car park. We had our £6 ready only to be told he needed one of our bank cards to pay at exit as it didn’t take cash. With little other option I handed my card over to him to present at machine to find it had taken £6.40 not £6 (small amount but not the amount stated)
Fortunately on return to car no damage to car. Not at all what I expected from a parking company. Just someone who has bought a bit of land to make a quick buck. Did the job, but a totally unprofessional experience, would not recommend using if your vehicle is precious to you. Do you not vet the services you are offering?

We looking to book parking through them for our holiday using Manchester airport.

We found one we were happy with, the information said there may be additional fees, I checked everything I could the only potential fees highlighted were for certain days like Christmas eve, day new yeah which states 20 per booking additional.
So I booked in good faith then I got the booking confirmed and noticed there was an additional £6 drop off and £6 collection fee to be paid i questioned this and was told that is standard and it was mentioned.

I sent the company screenshot of everything nothing stating that it would be an additional £12 (which represents about 30% of the booking) i asked for this to be cancelled and fully refunded, they stated they would refund me after a few back and forth but they kept £15 for the cancellation fee despite this being a clear case of misleading advertisement and deception, they never stated they were keeping the 15 fee until after they refunded me and when I questioned it I was told that's Admin fees.

Avoid avoid avoid

We rebooked for only £6 more at jetpark3 and funny enough there was no additional/hidden fees

I used this price comparison website to book my parking at Manchester Airport between June and July whilst I was on holiday.

The advertised Premium Parking Ltd which I subsequently booked.

This was the worst experience in my life for airport parking and please read my review for this.

I complained to Compare Parking Prices and they took no responsibility for this and explained it was in their terms and conditions that bookings were at customers risk.

I accept this but surely they need to take some level of responsibility in that they allow companies like this to use their site to advertise a service which is clearly sub standard and not what the declare to promote.

Please go another site to book your parking to save yourself grief and stress

Absolutely the worst Ipark Meet and Greet parking experience at Gatwick Airport – avoid at all costs!

I am leaving this message on this website as I have booked the Carpark through this website and had a worst experience. This website still promotes the Ipark meet and greet even though it has 1 star review. I do not want anyone to be cheated like me!

From start to finish, this company was a complete disaster. We nearly missed our flight because the driver was extremely late to collect our car. And when he finally arrived, he didn’t even have his driving licence on him – completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

The customer service was shockingly rude. When I tried to raise my concerns, I was met with blame and arrogance rather than any sense of accountability. The person on the phone outright refused to accept any fault and instead tried to shift all blame onto me!

To make matters worse, my electric car’s dashboard showed two separate journeys made during the week I was away – clearly unauthorized personal use of my vehicle. When I confronted the company about this, they simply ignored my messages and refused to respond.

On our return, it took over 2 hours for them to return the car, leaving us exhausted and frustrated. And as if that wasn’t enough, they added a hidden parking charge for both drop-off and pick-up, which was never disclosed at the time of booking.

Avoid this company at all costs. They will ruin your holiday and treat you with zero respect. Spend a bit more and go with a reputable service – this one is an absolute scam

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Great price, it's tricky to get the times spot on due to traffic, but worked out well.
Pick up guy was miserable, that's why 4 stars apart from that, cheap good service 👍

Worst experience ever. Booked for meet & greet at Bristol Airport. Phoned day before travel to confirm meet up and all seemed well. Arrived at airport at prearranged time and called number. After 150+ attempted calls that either rang out or were cut off, had no option than to park car myself at airport and incur astronomical costs because you cannot prebook parking less than 3 hours before journey at the airport.
When I complained, all I got was a half hearted apology and offer of 20% off my next booking. Not a chance I will use this company again. I did get a refund because I used a credit card and claimed back under section 75. Make sure you are covered for all eventualities if you do use this company.

When I landed I couldn’t get through on the phone line and when I did it took over 1 hr for my car to be deivered despite the booking saying 25-30mins

Quick, easy and pleasant staff.

Absolutely terrible company. Rude on the phone, didn't have a clue when my car was being returned when they called me 30 minutes prior saying it was on its way. A deeper look on their 'compare parking prices' website reviews just shows fake reviews to bolster their '4.9*/5*' rating... please do not use.

Great service by Sure , I try to use these all the time if possible. I have no problem with these guys, it`s always tricky the first time you do anything but I really like this service, I left my phone in the car and the guys waited for me to realize I had left it, when I rushed back they were still waiting for me, saved my holiday thank you .

Meet & Greet - no chance! At arrival we waited more than 20 mins for someone to collect the car/ keys. On return waiting 50 minutes after getting to the alloted pick up point. So for me off site meet & greet is no quicker than offsite parking, so don't waste your money on this service. If you opt for on site parking then you will get the service (we had plenty of time to see that operation working) but costs more.

Do not use
They say they will be there in 10 mins but had to wait 30 mins on the way out and 40 mins on the way back. Had to call several times to arrange . Also have to pay an extra £7.50 each way so that's another £15 on to the price, so they lied about the price & when confronted they open admitted that because it keeps the advertised price down and would rather lie to clients !
Car came back with wheel scrapes on wheels that have been refurbished
The driver smirked and said I don't care,you've already paid!

The guy damaged my car.
Took my car, somehow scratched 3/4 wheels then refused to provide any details in terms of name or insurance. Then admitted HE HAS NO DRIVING LICENCE

Absolutely terrible company. It hurts me to give them 1 star.
They represent dubious parking companies which show false ratings and information.
When I complained to them about the company we used (from their website) - they were totally uninterested and didn’t return my email.
There was a 30 minute wait at both ends and the staff could hardy understand what I was saying so that’s why they probably grunted at me.
My car was left in the car park for hours and I got a £90 fine before it was then parked on Horton Road, West Drayton, for 2 weeks. NOT a security car park.
My security camera was disconnected and the £1 coins in my arm rest went missing.
