Great help !
There was a problem with our toilet being blocked and that set off the alarm in the control panel .Fortunately your technician. Michael was working 3 doors down.He came to help us and sorted out the control panel and looked at the lights and safety alarms.All done quickly and efficiently.

Efficient service
Efficient company who came out quickly. It turned out to just be a battery replacement but the man was very friendly and didn't make us feel silly at all! Better to be safe than sorry.

Your Engineer Rhys Hills
Your Engineer Rhys Hills who visited Hilary Lodge today 05/06/2026 was excellent. Not only did he carry out his review duties professionally and efficiently, but he also went above and beyond to help residents. Whilst on site, he was approached by an elderly resident who asked for assistance with kitchen drawer issues, rather than walking away, he took the time to help, he also kindly assisted an elderly resident whose kitchen cupboard screw had come loose, using his drill, he repaired the drawer quickly and safely, ensuring it was fully functioning again.
His willingness to help with these additional tasks demonstrated great care, initiative and commitment to supporting residents. His kindness and practical assistance were very much appreciated and made a positive difference.
Thank you for employing such great staff, his helpful and dedication to our residents are a credit to your organisation.
