Consol Avis 

I tried to sign up for this tanning shop through their app, but the experience was really frustrating. The app was incredibly slow and unresponsive, and I ended up wasting half an hour trying to get through the process. Despite multiple attempts, I still couldn’t complete the signup. Really disappointing, especially when you’re excited to try a new place but can’t even get past the initial step!

I had some credits left with them, and hadn't used them for a few months. I received an email asking me to login to the app or my minutes would expire, so I did. I thought nothing more of it, and the other day I went to a Consol branch to use them, and was shocked to see that I had a balance of 0.

They just deleted my money, and after a review of their terms it seems that they are only valid for 24 months. This was not made clear anywhere when I bought them, so it's just a way they con you and take something that you have paid for.

Found Consol Sidwell street Exeter excellent,very clean and Liz was particularly helpful with getting me started and advised me on eyewear

Very clean great staff been a member for a couple of years yesterday my account was down graded from platinum to gold I was only 2 away from diamond bit happy at all seams abit of a con the closer u get they just down grade ur account

Michelle is fab, always there if needed! Keeps the place spotless, very professional. Also trains her staff to her high standards. Would definitely recommend this place.

Came into Consol and 2 lovely ladies called Erin and Beth helped me so much. They helped me choose the ideal bed, I explained to them what I wanted out of a lotion and they recommended the perfect one. Amazing customer service, very helpful ladies and spotless bed. All the ladies here are always so kind and helpful nd deserve some praise!!!!!

Every time I walk into Consol I’m always given a warm welcome and supported from the second i enter the shop. Alesha and jenny in particular they’ve always helped with any questions. The shop is also always clean. As someone who’s not necessarily into beauty I always feel comfortable coming to Consol and I personally believe that is down to staff here at the Portsmouth branch… so THANKYOU !

I came into Bognor tanning studio today, and a lovely polite very very helpful girl called Steph made me feel very welcome, I will definitely be going back

Came into fareham studio today at lunchtime to be met by a lovely lady, she helped me sort out worries I had about using sunbeds. Unfortunately I didn't have my ID so will be back to sort out an account

Consol Bognor Regis is always amazing 🤩 clean and fresh cabins, immaculate sunbeds, bins always emptied beautiful little bows on the blue roll and best of all the wonderful Steph who makes our day always so friendly and welcoming, just a really truly lovely lady! 🤩
