Helpful driver…
13m scaff planks delivered successfully. Their big lorry couldn't get in our drive, so they came again with a smaller van. And the driver was fantastic, helping me to get them stored away high up out of the rain.

Great Customer Service
DX (logistics company) only delivered half my order. Emailed CPD over the weekend and within the first couple hours of Monday morning they'd sent a replacement via a quicker courier service and was all the way to my way door in the Highlands in double quick time. Mega impressed, would use again 👍

Not at all sure if would buy from them again
Despite clear instructions- delivery a total mess , items scatched , wood boards damaged , and exceptionally no clue of H&S in "dumping" items wherever they choose. Customers complaint handled with contempt ...
Once again to clarify
1) Norwich Branch which is head office is totally one sided ....
You mentioned swearing - I contest that , rather , it was total contempt in the manner the company representative handled it - It was as though they were doing me a huge favour ...
And by the way I think I will find an avenue to upload this for "buyers to see" and make their own mind up.

No mention of procedure, until posted online.
Unless we wanted the project to be closed due to the H & S caused by your delivery .
(I PAID YOU -THUS DELIVERY IS YOUR SERVICE-however you wish to do that )
Should we have been sitting around with cups of tea then sure happily would be taking pics and selfie's for you all....
It was of greater importance to rectify the risk than to be interested in taking pics for you ...
However the damaged item were pictured later , and I am contemplating if I should re-create the issue with the relevant neighbours complaining of the risk and H & S Issues for online viewing ...
Once again , your reply accepts zero responsibilty - More like "PROVE IT" because of course you do not wish to take responsibility ...
If people were actually harmed - I'm sure the public will make its own opinion ..
The way you operate it's only a matter of time.

Thank you for your 1-star review. But as you didn't allow us to speak or give any type of explanation or a way to fix the problem please allow me to do that now.
1 - Once the items have left our depots, they are in the hands of the DX delivery company.
2 - We ask for photos of the items so that we can prove that they are damaged and then send a claim off to the delivery company. This is a standard request. We can then also get the items returned and resend new items with a different delivery company if necessary.
When you called you did not allow us to explain anything. You were rude and swearing at our staff members. However, we were still willing to help you and advised as the items left from a different depot we would arrange a call back within 10 minutes.
When we called you back you would not send pictures in so how do we know that anything is scratched or damaged? How can we complain to the delivery company with out any evidence? All the information you provided regarding giving you a call before the delivery was passed on to the delivery company and we can provide receipts.
In future, we would advise you not to swear and be rude to any staff member when they are trying to help you with an issue.

I did have an issue with an item getting diverted to a different address but they sorted it out really quickly and no hassel. So was happy with there pro activity.

Great price but as yet still outstanding delivery of goods completely failed to meet expectations leaving me unable to meet deadlines and out of pocket. Use a reliable courier perhaps?

You are correct and we are in the process of moving company's for our delivery as we hate to let our customers down. Please know we do not offer next day delivery. We offer 1 - 3 days. We did send your order out on a next day delivery but the courier company lost yours and many other peoples orders which meant we had to re send your order. Luckily everything is back to normal now and our customers are receiving there order within there promised time scale.

Unfortunately, we are very limited with what couriers we can use due to the weight and length of our items. Normally the courier is very good but I believe due to the amount of props leaving us and other businesses like us in the last few weeks due to school buildings needing props the courier companies are overwhelmed.
We do apologise and hope the delivery service is now back to normal.
