Easy to use site and I like the option of being able to print my own certificate. I bought the star as a Christmas gift for a special child in my life, and I can’t wait to see his face when he opens it!

I bought a star and payed for both digital and a physical delivered copy. I still am yet to receive anything and it is way past the amount of estimated shipping days. My tracking still says it’s in Ukraine not even shipped. I have tried contacted their customer service and I’ve gotten no email reply and when I call their service number it just rings and rings then hangs up. Feel kinda scammed.

Cosmonova has the most unique gift anyone can ever buy to show how much some people in one's life stand out as blessed amazing friends, family etc. I literally reached for the stars! The Public Relations is absolutely professional and caring. I'm a mess when it comes to technology and I made a mistake.
I explained I forgot to ask for the Certificate with star name and the Cosmonova star map. They contacted me asap and sent me two invoices so I could receive the items!

Very easy to purchase a star and take your money when you go to look for your store it doesn’t seem to exist you get a certificate that you’re supposed to print out for almost $60 not mailed to your house on a beautiful piece of piece of paper trying to contact customer support several different ways and nobody responds I did this for my kids I definitely would not recommend wasting your money basically you can go on Photoshop and make exactly what I purchased for $60 a piece of paper that has no connection to the stars literally took out a telescope to find the star that they told me would be named after the name I gave it in the star does not exist

This website is such a great idea for sentimental gifts. i got one for a friend who lost his grandpa and so i named the star after his grandpa for him to remember. i had such a great experience on the website and it was so easy to do. highly recommend.

I did this for my bestie for her birthday and she absolutely loved it! Super easy process I did the digital download and printed myself it worked perfectly. Super happy!

Incredible customer service. The post office failed to adequately stick a missed delivery on door- found in yard with no other attempts made. Not this companies fault but when I explained the situation and that the post office claimed it was sent back, they corrected the situation and made sure my son still got his gift. Class act organization with a GREAT product.

What a unique gift for the person who is special to me!

I had an issue with my star and accidentally put in the wrong information. I messaged them requesting for a cancellation to change the info and they got back to me the next day! They then gave my a promo code so i was able to change my information. I am extremely pleased with their service and could not recommend them more :)
