I got to choose which constellation I wanted my star in and I got to name what I wanted, and it was cheap!

I'm scared, I want to buy a star for my boyfriend but all those negative comments are making me hesitate

I named a star in memory of my dear, sweet, sister in law/best friend who suddenly passed entirely too young. This was the perfect gift in honor of her to b give her family because she was a total "go look at the sky right now!" Type of girl! Every night, she would have the whole family on the phone with every one of us in our respective yards gazing at the sky 🥰 memories none of us would ever forget- and now we each have an official place to set our gaze! Such a beautiful gift idea!

You are the most wonderful and kind. My experience with you has been a whole year. I change my requests. You were the nicest people in my life. Thank you for your wonderful service.

I will say, awhile back this company did not fulfill their obligations and expectations of my order. I was contacted a few weeks ago, though, and customer service has been exceptional. They made it right with me, explained the change in staffing in certain areas, and I did notice a difference. I am so glad to have what I ordered now. Big thanks to customer service for the help.

The customer service goes above and beyond, they are simply incredible... My company bought 5 premium packages which Cosmonova accepted to customize with its designers, first: this took many back-and-forth iterations which they collaborated to very willingly, proactively and timely. Second, the shipment abroad got stuck in customs in Portugal: Cosmonova remained in contact with us at all times until the parcel arrived. Third, to get the parcel out of customs UBS requested 415€: Cosmonova offered to compensate this cost!!! We couldn't believe it. Plus, their kindness and the fact the production is based in Ukraine which made us happy to help this country economy in troubled times.

Paid almost 150 dollars nothing has come in the mail and no conformation # sent just 1 email stating yall took my money.😡

I made a purchase on the website and everything went through because my bank card was charged and never received the confirmation email instead I received and email saying my cart is about to expire as if I never made the purchase and trying to charge me $459.90 for something I paid $104.90!!! I emailed them still haven’t received a response and I tried to call and keep getting a busy signal!! Tbh I really feel scammed and I want my money back

My daughter in law ordered a star in my mother's name who passed away. I personally do not believe a star can be named after someone. I checked and was informed the only body who can do this is the IAU. I emailed this company to please refund my daughter. She thought a star would be officially named.

Scammers !!! I ordered on June 5th and it’s still processing!!! It’s way to expensive and I’m not happy!!

I ordered an item with enough time to receive for my daughters grad. I have tried calling, just to receive a busy signal, tried emailing and get a “Undeliverable” notification and have tried the contact us many times with no response. I am currrently in contact with the PayPal Dispute line and my Bank Fraud team. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

I’ve purchased with them before with no issues, this time around I haven’t received a confirmation email after my processing email or a tracking number. My girlfriends birthday is coming up and I wanted this to be the final gift for her. I’ve already submitted a ticket on the website but haven’t gotten a response. Plus the phone number doesn’t work either

Purchase was made 4 days ago, they received the money, I’ve sent 3 emails and still no reply. Very very poor ethics. I’m going to contact PayPal . Do not purchase from them you will be ripped off

Emailed them about a few days ago still waiting on a response. More concerned about getting a confirmation on my order. Spent almost $90 so would really appreciate it. Other than that, the website is really easy to understand. Still debating if this is a scam or not tho so guess we’ll wait and see.

I ordered from cosmonova and I am a very satisfied customer. Never had to contact customer service. I received my online documents instantly and my items arrived in the mail with no issues. Tracking was available and made it easy. The product came packaged very well and love the finished product! Thank you for everything!

NO PHONE NUMBERS ON THEIR SITE WORK- NO EMAIL RESPONSE- TERRIBLE SERVICE!
