Very poor customer service. I paid for a star map. Never received it. Was supposed to be emailed a copy as well immediately that I paid extra for and nothing. No response 3 days after getting a simple we will be back to you. Very unhappy.

Very amazing this blows my mind I never knew you could actually do something like this very easy process with something like this pretty soon there's not going to be any stars left I'm actually about to register about five more stars you can get them you can have them as presents birthday presents surprise presents also something for fallen heroes that will forever be remembered loved ones that have passed and the whole family can remember them nieces nephews grandkids everyone can look up at this and see amazing experience to be able to do something like this looking forward to many more stars registered I am actually about to do one right now

We ordered 2 stars, the certificate only says one. Then the interactive message shows that the web page doesn't exsist.. ok no big deal right.. So I try to call customer service to see what went wrong and how to get it fixed... when you call it days all representatives are busy and to leave your number then just hangs up... as of now we are extremely unhappy with our experience! We spent over 100 for this..

Terrible experience, buyer beware. I ordered a certificate for a grieving friend and it never arrived. Customer service has been responsive but far from helpful. What I ordered was never delivered, I have Ring video of the day they say it was delivered and no delivery was made, I have the USPS delivery que for the day which shows no delivery made. Cosmo says it was hand delivered to a person, well my friend was not handed anything and they want me to pay more money for another certificate. The customer should not be punished for something their shipping company didn't deliver on. I would steer clear of this company, I am disputing the charge with my CC company.

I got my name up in the sky, can you believe it?? It is a surreal feeling. I still can't believe it. The team at Cosmonova was really helpful especially Victoria. Thank you for the experience!!

I changed my mind and ordered a physical copy of my star after my initial purchase, and customer service was amazing! They did everything they could have and I honestly could not have asked for better experience. They are so kind and understanding, and my physical copy arrived much quicker than I thought. The certificates were in mint condition and it was everything I could’ve asked for and more. 10/10 would recommend.

The customer service was excellent. I don't normally write reviews, but truly, they were so helpful and kind and prompt. When I felt my package took longer than expected (covid times are to blame) I reached out and they were more than helpful. And for my troubles they offered me a free digital star registration. Also, the star print out which finally came, was absolutely beautiful. Truly 10/10, highly recommend!

I have ordered a gift for my best friend and had to call customer support to figure the delivery time. They were quick to answer and gave me all the info about my tracking. I have a good opinion about the company and a wonderful customer experience. It is not a scam and I recommend it as a great gift idea.

It is an awesome service to order from. I have messed up my order and was very nervous because it was a Christmas gift but I called Customer Support and they were very helpful to fix everything in a second. Thank you guys, I will definitely recommend it to my friends

This company is quick and easy to communicate with. I even made a typo on a name (due to an autocorrect in my phone) that I did not notice. They quickly resolved the issue and re-imaged the certificate. I have been completely satisfied and pleased with them!

I wish I could give this company zero stars, they are terrible! Do not order from them. I never received my order even though it said it got delivered. I contacted their customer service and had about 15 messages back and forth with the representative because they are so stupid. They are not helpful what so ever and barely speak English. I never got my order and when I requested a refund they said I need to figure out where my package is and that they can’t refund me. Unbelievable.

Absolutely loved the gift. It was very elegant and was just what I wanted.
The only complaint I have is it took so long to get. The communication with the company was very poor. Overall the product was excellent

We are quite happy with the process. The certificates had minor damage in the corner due to shipping. When I called customer service, they were very helpful.
We bought the star for our first Grandchild.
