This website is a scam
Ordered my package for my boyfriends birthday more than two weeks ago. Was supposed to come in three days yet it’s still not here. According to the tracker it’s in Ukraine but the tracking hasn’t been updated in a week. This website is a scam and not to mention it doesn’t even count for anything but sentiment. Thanks for ruining yet another birthday!

2 weeks of contacting this company via…
2 weeks of contacting this company via email and phone and no response to either. I have been waiting on an email for 2 weeks. This was supposed to be a special moment for a family member and it was ruined by this misleading email saying I would receive the certificate via email in 1 hour. Does anyone know another way to contact this company that I'm not aware of?
