Took a week before I even got my confirmation email, which they said I would get within an hour of ordering. Still have not received my certificate. Overall not very impressed.

I received the wrong certificate and star map in the mail and have not received a response to my email addressing this. For the amount of money spent I find this absolutely ridiculous.

Would choose a different company
Ordered beginning of September it is now pushing mid October and still haven’t received anything tracking number only tells you it’s in transit and nobody knows where my packages are at. USPS tells me they’ve never received the package and the company says that they’ve sent the package so I just wasted money. Thanks so much!
