Site à éviter, la montre reçue ne fonctionne pas et je n'ai aucune solution après 5j de mails au service clients
J'ai commandé pour la première fois sur ce site une montre Seiko à quartz et quand je l'ai reçu celle-ci ne fonctionnait pas.
J'ai donc écris au service client qui est complètement incompétent puisque cela fait 5 jours que je leur ai écrit et je n'ai toujours pas de solution.
Pire, la personne qui répond à mes mails n'est jamais la même, ne reprend pas l'historique et me pose donne des réponses complètement farfelues (j'ai eu le droit à tout un mail concernant le fonctionnement des montres automatiques alors qu'il s'agit d'une montre à quartz)
Bref, évitez ce site car j'ai perdu 200€ pour une montre qui ne fonctionne pas et pour lequel je n'ai aucune réponse du service client. J'ai dû ouvrir un litige PayPal.
MAJ : Au bout d'un mois !! J'ai réussi à obtenir 19€ de remboursement seulement, j'ai dû aller changer la pile moi même à la bijouterie sachant qu'il y en a pour 40€ pour changer la pile et vérifier l'étanchéité. Je ne commanderai plus

Très belle montre pour mon fils car il avait cassé l'ancienne, le seul soucis les frais de port sont arrivée jusqu'à ma livraison devant ma porte ce qui pour moi n'était pas prévu, mais boite de montre et montre très correct pour le prix.

Droits de douane : aucune info claire du site…
Je déconseille l'utilisation de ce site concernant l'absence de transparence de ses frais de douane. À aucun moment du choix d'une montre, on attire l'attention du client sur les frais applicables et à ma grande surprise, j'ai dû payer plus de 30% de frais de douane et des frais de carte bancaire ! La montre est arrivée rapidement et est conforme à l'attente mais j'aurais mieux fait de commander directement chez le fabricant, ça m'aurait coûté moins cher.
Si des frais supplémentaires doivent s'ajouter, c'est au moment du choix de la montre qu'il faut pouvoir visualiser qu'ils peuvent "être compris entre tel et tel pourcentage".

Il aurait fallu penser à examiner les FAQ pour s'en rendre compte.

Tout changé!! Il y a 5 ans on recevait les montres sans avoir a payé de douanes via le transporteur.
J'avais posé la question avant l'achat et la réponse était claire : on paye la taxe que si le paquet est repéré, hors DHL applique la taxe d'office. Donc elle est systématiquement à payer. Donc un mensonge de création watchs.
Les douanes sont à 25% du prix du produit. Autant les acheter ailleurs!!!
Adieu achat à Singapour!!!
