Vorsicht beim Kauf!
Ich habe über eine Google-Anzeige gezielt nach 'Wild Vetiver' gesucht, wurde aber durch eine fehlerhafte Verlinkung seitens Creed auf das Produkt 'Original Vetiver' geleitet. Trotz dieses eindeutigen Fehlers im Kampagnenmanagement des Shops zeigt sich der Kundensupport (Kayleigh) absolut unkulant und weigert sich, ein Rücksendelabel auszustellen.

Zudem wird auf der deutschen Website (.de-Domain) suggeriert, es handele sich um einen inländischen Versand. Erst nach dem Kauf erfährt man, dass Retouren auf eigene Kosten in ein Logistikzentrum nach Polen geschickt werden müssen. Für eine angebliche Luxusmarke ist dieser Service und die mangelnde Transparenz bezüglich der Rücksendekosten absolut enttäuschend. Ich musste den Fall nun über den Klarna-Käuferschutz klären. Keine Empfehlung!

I have been a long-time Creed customer and this was my fifth bottle. I purchased a 75ml bottle of Acqua Fiorentina from Dillard’s (an authorized retailer) in December 2024. The fragrance was lightly used and properly stored.

Over time, it developed a strong, unpleasant celery-like odor that makes it completely unwearable. Dillard’s compared my bottle side-by-side with a new unit in store and confirmed there was a clear difference in scent.

When I contacted Creed directly and provided the lot number for review, I was informed that because the item was purchased through an external retailer, they could not take any further action.

At this price point, I expected the brand to stand behind the stability and integrity of its products — especially when purchased through an authorized partner. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Very disappointing outcome for a luxury fragrance house.

My boyfriend ordered a sample from creed and they sent it to him in an envelope with no protection. Obviously it shattered in a mail. He reached out to them and they refused to give him a refund and told him “we don’t make mistakes” moral of the story. Save your money and don’t buy from them.

Ordered love is black. Gorgeous in the bottle, when you first spray it in its a strong scent within half an hour the smell is no longer there. What a waste...
Paco rabane ultra violet is very similar, lasts ages and a fraction of the price.
Wouldn't pay for creed ever again. Over rated

Awful awful customer experience, went to the regent street Creed boutique and it was awful show of customer serice from the beginning.

Went in and no one batted an eye, and if they did they looked at us like we were about to steal. Then when tried to test some fragrances the sales person informs very rudely that they have water inside of them (witch is ironical because creed fragrances have been watered down for years). What perfume shop has bottles full of water the first thing you walk in? Never had that experience, never. And then literally had to ask for permission to spray on the strip. And even then the very rude door man butted in and told not to spray the perfume for some reason. And no need to say anymore we left swiftly after that. Would give 0/5 stars if I could. Awful, snd not to talk about how money hungry these sales people are, its astonishing. And the quality of these perfumes has gone down every year, disgraceful!

Ho acquistato il CREED AVENTUS spray 100ml inscatolato , dalla profumeria artistica MINENNA di BARI , essendo un fans di tale profumo uomo, perche' lasciava la scia all'olfatto, sugli abiti e sul cuscino, pero' e' successo che l'ultimo acquistato pagato 265 Euro, e' risultato annacquato , dopo neanche 15 minuti svanisce , non si sente piu' alcun odore , lo fatto provare anche sul altre persone, Idem. Mi sono rivolto alla profumeria per l'inconveniente , che ha contattato il distributore CALE . La risposta e' stata che il prodotto e' conforme senza averlo provato. Mi dispiace informarvi che avete perso un cliente del CREED, mi piango il profumo e i soldi che ho pagato, ma vi faro' tanta pubblicita'.

I am a fragrance fanatic, we do not have Creed in my country so I was very curious what it smelt like and what all the hype was about. I mean if you google best mens fragrance of all time, Creed Aventus pops up all the time. I went to Paris this Summer and went to the official Creed store. I tried the sample and my girlfriend convinced me to buy it, till the time I arrived at the hotel I was glad I did because it smelt amazing and better by time. Fast forward to when I opened my own bottle and I am not exaggerating when I say that the bottle has no smell. I was in denial, how could it be this so called panty dropper of a fragrance had no smell after spending SO MUCH MONEY on it. I wore it a few times and waited for compliments but they never came. Finally I gave in and asked all my friend group (7 other people) if they smell the fragrance just 15 minutes after I sprayed it 6 times.. NOTHING. Very disappointed and I feel scammed.

Love the fragrance I have 3 of them. Aventus, Aventus Cologne and Imperial Millesime. Smell so good
