Crytec Power Avis 711

Recently got a CREX6-M for a garden renovation. I saw this on YouTube and thought I’d bite the bullet. As a first time operator of a digger I was surprised with how easy it was to work. After spending too much money on the house renovation I was looking to save some £££ and figured I could give the garden a go myself. So far it’s paid for itself and it’s never skipped a beat.
Customer service was top notch from purchasing, to delivery and then a technical issue (I didn’t turn the fuel on after transport)
I will probably be back for a chipper and a chainsaw soon once I’ve watched a few videos on how to operate them 🤣

spent almost 12k with crtec in total my most recent puchase was a skid steer. it came with a a grease nipple missing and the fuel gauge wasnt working. they do pre machine checks before these machines are shipped. upon further inspection the fuel gauge was never even conected let alone checked as it was still in a plastic wrapper from factory. this gave me some concerns so i looked into the machine myself 1hr in and it turns out there was no oil in the machine either. clearly marked on the sheeet it was full. then there was the wiring which was all metled and corroded. ive been on to the support team multiple times and had no resolution as of yet. im putting a full youtube review up soon of just how unsafe the machines actually are.

Placed a pre order for a mini excavator from the guys at Crytec.
Very well informed and kept up to date with arrival of machines to uk.
As soon as they reached Crytec I was informed and the machine was pdi’d greased, lubed and fuelled up and delivered to us.
Minor damage to the seat by the courier on delivery. As soon as I notified the Crytec team they hand a replacement sent out immediately.
Fantastic customer service and a happy customer that would recommend the Crytec team to anyone.

Ordered new toolbox and it came in good time. It was badly damaged under the packaging. On contacting the company they immediately set about sorting me out with another. It arrived two days later. Great service.

First time I have purchased from Crytec and was unsure at first! How wrong I was, fantastic 7 tonne log splitter, great price and delivered super fast.
Fitted together easily and is engineered to last. I live in rural Wales and have had no hesitation recommending to all around me who depend on our log burns.

I purchased a skid steer from Crytec Limited and unfortunately the entire experience has been extremely disappointing. When the machine arrived, it was in noticeably poor condition—much worse than described. There were multiple issues with the unit that made it unusable for my needs.
I returned the skid steer and was told a refund would be processed, but two weeks later I still have not received my money back nor have I been given a clear timeline.

I’ve attempted to contact the company several times with no meaningful response.
Overall, the condition of the equipment and the lack of communication or resolution on the refund have left me dissatisfied and frustrated.

I cannot recommend purchasing from Crytec Limited based on my experience.

I’m also currently in contact with trading standards and will be seeking legal advice for my refund as they keep telling me it’s been sent and I’ve called my bank who can NOT see this refund!!!

What an amazing Company. Not only did my tracked dumper turn up very prompt, it came with an entire service tool kit and lots of extras. I did not expect so much to turn up. Thank you and what an amazing product the CRD 80H-K hi tip tracked dumper is. Half the price of the JCB ! Honestly look this company up and see the products, you will not regret it.

Spent £11,000 with crytec and I’ve had issues with the skid steer since it was delivered. Very poor communication and complete silence from them now.
I will now be seeking legal advice as the machine is not working at all. Do not waste your money on this rubbish
