Super fast free delivery
Super fast free delivery. And, the total cost of my BX42S chipper (complete with VAT and a free PTO shaft) was way cheaper than the nearest rival; who also were charging for delivery on top! As to how my new purchase performs, that will be for a future review when we start to use it.

Not very happy drive belt and pull start breaking
Not very happy drive belt went last year and I had to strip mower down and fix myself and pull start broke a few weeks out of warranty and had to pay for that! 2 problems within a short space of time I would have expected to last a lot longer!

As you mention, the drive belt issue occurred during ownership and the pull-start assembly failed after the warranty period had expired. While we appreciate that any repair can be frustrating, drive belts and pull-start mechanisms are wear-and-tear components that are subject to varying levels of use, operating conditions, maintenance, and storage.
We understand your disappointment that these parts did not last as long as you had hoped. However, once the machine was outside its warranty period, replacement parts and repairs unfortunately fall outside of our manufacturer's warranty coverage.
We always aim to support our customers where possible and are happy to provide parts, technical advice, and assistance to help keep machines operating effectively throughout their service life.

After some inital snagging problems…
After some inital snagging problems with my mini skid steer. The team have been in touch and sent out replacement parts. I'm very experienced using various machines like this including Bobcat and vemeer. I have to say for the price your not really going to beat it. Slightly reduced lifting capacity compared to the comertial machines but it punches well above its weight. Machines by other manufacturers are starting at 20k base unit. This is sitting at 5.5k with a bucket. Nice and basic so easy to work on with a reliable twin cylinder engine which are easy to get parts for and do work on yourself. With a 1 year warranty you can't really go wrong. The only slight modification I would make is moving the hydraulic cooler out of the engine bay and adding some restrictor valves so you can get some nice smooth controls. An easy fix for most. I will post some videos once I get a chance to go through the footage.

Recently got a CREX6-M for a garden…
Recently got a CREX6-M for a garden renovation. I saw this on YouTube and thought I’d bite the bullet. As a first time operator of a digger I was surprised with how easy it was to work. After spending too much money on the house renovation I was looking to save some £££ and figured I could give the garden a go myself. So far it’s paid for itself and it’s never skipped a beat.
Customer service was top notch from purchasing, to delivery and then a technical issue (I didn’t turn the fuel on after transport)
I will probably be back for a chipper and a chainsaw soon once I’ve watched a few videos on how to operate them 🤣
