I have used the CV centre for years.They are my ''go to'' whenever i want advice and assistance in compiling a new CV and ensure that i am up to scratch regarding current expectations with respect to cosmetic layout and displaying succinct and important information in an eloquent manner.James was always prompt and professional with communication and ensured that any amendments that i requested were dealt with effectively. I am retiring and want to use my existing experience in a new, related role. The service I received was excellent and highly efficient. Just a few adjustments were needed, and Alexander made them perfectly as I requested. The chat support was very convenient, and I received a response promptly. **I used CV Center three times over 10 years. While the first time was good, the service has not developed since — my recent experiences were disappointing. Drafts felt templated, ignored my comments, and lacked native-level language, while AI tools can now do a better job. If their work does not add real value, then what is the use of such a service?**

I wrote my CV, and I thought it was good. But once one of my university professors told me that it was good, but not perfect and could be better. I searched the internet for someone who could make me an ideal CV. That's how I came across The CV Centre™ UK.
Immediately, my sixth sense told me that this was what I was looking for. As a single mother who often wonders how to make ends meet and manage her small budget, I initially hesitated a little because I had to pay (this is not a small amount for me). But then I convinced myself that this is an investment in my and my son's future. So, I said to myself, come on, my girl, do it. And I did it...When I received my first draft, I couldn't recognise myself. The CV was so well written that I wanted to be an employer who would hire such an employee as was described in the CV. My qualities were highlighted in a very professional way. In these two pages of my CV, my qualifications, achievements and talents were collected and highlighted; I almost couldn't recognise myself. This week, I start sending my new CV to employers, and I am sure I will start my dream job very soon.

Overall, the process was very professional and efficient. Communication was fast and helpful throughout, and I always received quick responses to my questions. Alisdair implemented all requested changes promptly and with care.

That said, I would appreciate seeing a wider selection of CV and cover letter templates. The current options feel a bit too generic considering the premium pricing. A more distinctive and modern layout would help the final documents stand out more.

My LinkedIn profile was handled well, though I believe it could have included a bit more depth. In the end, I refined it myself. Personally, I expected a more interactive process, perhaps a guided session directly on LinkedIn with a member of your team. That would have helped me better understand how to present myself online, especially since I’ve had limited experience with LinkedIn until now. I imagine others in a similar position might feel the same.
