Fastest delivery ever
I ordered on the morning of the 29:th and received the packet in Sweden at noon on the 31:st! Even with the shipping cost, the prices are much lower than here and the selection is unmatched so I can only recommend the shop to every pipesmoker. I'll surely pay them a visit next time I am in Copenhagen as I am lucky enough to live nearby, it's only 45 minutes by train.

Great partner
My package has arrived just at that moment! Quick, friendly, competent! I will certainly come back as a customer. Thank you.
PS.
The only pity is that Copenhagen is too far away from Hamburg for quick visit!

Perfect service
Perfect service, prompt delivery! If you are in Copenhagen, you have to visit this shop and talk to the owners, they are very helpful and friendly. If you are not, you have to - and you certainly can - rely on their web shop.
My first, but definitely not last purchase, they have a lot of beautiful pipes...

Thank you for your kind words. Regarding shipping cost we have chosen a track and trace method which is reliable and fast. Its a not the cheapest but its safe. Your specific shipment was 8-9 Euro and you should compare that to the time consumption, tranport cost, parking cost etc. if you should visit your local pipeshop. We hope you understand and that we see you again.
very well
I am very satisfied with the purchase.
Friendly, competent, fast, especially Mr. Arko.
