I ordered my tobacco online and within 4 days it had arrived. My supply was running low and it was good to receive such a prompt response and service.

danishpipeshop.com har en bra hemsida en bra presentation
av sitt utbud och tobakspriset är avsevärt lägre än i Sverige.
Inga problem med betalkort eller annat strul. Toppen !

Fast and precise, as expected
Their brick-and-mortar shop service was excellent when I was there and I've just got an online order fullfilled very fast. Btw, they sell great tobacco that I could not find in Netherlands.

Generally, your service is good.
Your;
- choice of pipe models are very good,
- prompt reply and processing is excellent,
- you used to send the parcel by registered mail which was quicker,
- new system for taking the mailing address is in wrong order. It may delay the mailing. It would be better if you would correct it. The post code must be at the end of the address, before the name of the country.
Regards.

Hello Mr. Ersan,
Thank you for taking the time to share your opinion! That means a lot to us.
However, we would like to give an answer to two of your points:
First of all, we do have an option for registered mail. And I can see that the one we shipped to you was registered. Once the package has been shipped there will be a Track & Trace number available if you log on to the webshop. We will make sure that this is more clear in the future!
Secondly, about the postal codes. This is simply a matter of regional differences. In some English speaking contries the postal codes are found after the city name and before the country. But most of the world actually has the postal code before the city name. That is also the case in our part of the world and that's why we use that adress form. So, what seems to be 'wrong order' for you is actually the right way for us.
Once again, thank you very much for sharing your thoughts.
Høj kvalitet
spændende kvalitetsvarer og et godt stort udvalg af såvel piber som tobak

Super førstegangshandel
Bestilte bl.a. tobak. Tobakken var desværre ikke på lager og blev straks pr. mail tilbudt en tilsvarende Astley. Super.
Kan kun sige at det bliver til flere bestillinger.

everything was very good, except that the prices didn't appear everywhere in euros, so you couldn't know if you are out of budget!

Hi, Thanks for your kind words. You are right about the prices and we are aware of its a problem on the total amount and the freight cost and our supplier is trying to find a solution.
Kanon og hurtig service, og god betjening da jeg ringede :-)
Kan klart anbefales! Kom i øvrigt igennem med det samme da jeg ringede. Og lighteren var i tip top stand.

Happy customers are what we live for. Thank you very much.
Very quick
New home pages are far better than old ones, but still the surfing between different tobacco labels is too complicated. Particulary when you buy number of different labels.

Thank you Jaakko for the kind words. We are still working on how to do it more simple but with around 250 different tobaccos its hard to make it easy. We have thought about having them by each producer but then you have to know quite much about tobacco. An advice could be that you just use the search field in the top right, so when you have an item in the basket just write the next and so on. Hope that it will help.
very fast order fullfillment
The pipe I ordered was exactly as I expected & it arrived in Denver from Denmark in only 10 days!
