Technician Alan highly recommended. Office administration not great though
Alan the technician from Dent Wizards has been out twice over past few months to get some small dents out of my car. He is friendly, knowledgeable and great to deal with. Highly recommend him.
But the admin from the offices was poor, a bit incompetent and emails with links confirming appointments saying you could check timings etc just did not work on my iPhone or iPad. So rating dropped a star because of this.

Failure to Deliver & Perform
This is a contractor that VW uses to service warranty claims. So VW is not servicing direct, they are using a contractor wherein Dent Wizards must receive approval from VW. We paid extra in our lease to have this repair service available, for any paint scratches or minor damage.
First time we booked, the technician did not turn up. Next booking, the appointment was rescheduled last minute (queen's death) and booked over 30 days later. They came out, did a survey, never contacted us again and never followed up for an appointment to actually fix.
Only after threatening breach of contract, they came out 1 year later, right before we had to hand the car back, and did a partial job... and we still had to pay £198 with VAT for "minor paint" damage.
I honestly do not understand how companies like this are allowed to trade.

rejected repair job
I claimed through my insurance for alloy wheel repair. Came out refused the job complaining of multiple issues with the wheels and quality of work from previous company. Left with impression they didn’t want the work which surprised me in this day and age. Should have rejected the job when I sent pictures in to save everyones time. My insurer has reinstated previous company who actually did a great job and just got on with things.
Dents no more!
Darren Mclear fixed three small dents in my Jeep. He took 15 mins to complete the task. The car is back to as new condition. Communication was good and Darren arrived on time. He was professional and courteous. Would recommend.

As so often repeated here, terrible customer service, huge issues with mis management, and when they get it wrong WOAH!!! They dial the bad attitude up big time! One repair technician frightened me and made me feel very intimidated and did it on a Ring doorbell camera…did he realise or care you ask!!! Yes and not remotely…they still employ the guy which says a huge amount…along with the frequently noted bad customer care…about the customer care policy of Dent Wizard 🤗🤗🤗

Außen hui und innen pfui. Hagelschaden zur Zufriedenheit in Fuldabrück behoben. ABER die dazugehörige Innenraumreinigung mehr als mangelhaft. Da wird um die Fußmatten herumgesaugt. Leerer Kofferraum nicht mal die Zwischenklappe angehoben. Schlecht gesaugt. Ablagen und Gummizeile herzlos mit einem wohl trockenen Lappen schlecht gewischt. Überall vergessene Ecken. Display hat mehr Fingerabdrücke als vorher. Außen auch überall fettige Fingerabdrücke. Termin zur Abgabe 8.15h nicht eingehalten, weil die Akte nicht auffindbar war. Mietwagen für 2 komplette Tage abgerechnet, obwohl gerade einmal 1 Tag 3 Stunden benötigt wegen der langen Anfahrt von Niestetal. Da fehlt Fingerspitzengefühl. Ich habe mehr erwartet und bin besseres gewöhnt. K.A. wie sich die HUK so einen Partner nehmen kann.
Terrible customer service
This is the second time I have had to use this company due to my insurance when I purchased my vehicle. Both time have been a nightmare. The technician was good and I have no issues with the work they carried out. Their so called planning department is incompetent. The first time I used them i explained I was only at my home address 2 day a week. The same days to make it easier for them. It took me calling them 6 times before they offered me an appointment on the days I had specified. This time they were meant to be coming tomorrow and the technician called to ask if he could change the day as the office had booked in more jobs then he was able to do. I said NO this has been booked for a month and I have taken time off work. As I am self employed this is costing me money. Then their planning department just sent through a new date without any communication. I called and they as good as said tough. They do not care and now I have placed an official complaint with them. I told them they can cover the £60 excess I have to pay due to their incompetence and not even having the decency to call and explain anything. I will also be calling my insurance to lodge a complaint with them as well. They have the worst planning department and customer service I have ever encountered 🤬

Die Warnsignale des Wagens ignorierend, streifte ich einen nicht erkennbaren Poller. Ärgerlich, also zu Dent Wizard nach Teltow. Sehr freundlicher Empfang, super schnelle Terminabsprache, nur einen Reparaturtag und bei Abholung das große Erstaunen, nichts mehr zu sehen, eine absolut hervorragende Schadensbehebung. Preis / Leistung ist m.A. nicht zu toppen.

Excuses and rude management
Don’t work with this company. The technician was a no show for my appointment. I was given no rescheduled date or time, no accommodation for my wasted time. I had to keep calling dent wizard to see what was going on. I talked to the manager, Ryan who was very rude. All he did was make excuses and talk over me. Ryan insinuated that it was my fault because I’ve gotten this repair done multiple times already and that I didn’t reach out sooner. Doesn’t matter how many times I have this repair done, it’s unlimited under warranty- that’s why I paid for it. I reached out immediately, your staff just didn’t notify you. I had to when I realized a manager wasn’t aware. He said that even if someone showed up, they would send me away because it was an issue that they couldn’t fix… it’s a cosmetic issue on the tire that I’ve gotten done two times before with them. I think if someone did show up, the service would have been provided. It’s just another excuse. The communication, customer service, and effort this company has is horrendous. I just keep getting excuse after excuse on why they can’t fix my car, why they didn’t show up, why no one has answers for me. Don’t spend your money on them. A customer should feel satisfied after their experience even if there were bumps in the road. This is not the case.

Sehr schnelle und unkomplizierte Reparaturabwicklung. Der Schaden wurde sogar schneller behoben als vereinbart. Mietwagen wurde bereitgestellt und eigenes Fahrzeug wurde nach der Reparatur innen und außen gereinigt. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und äußerst serviceorientiert. Den Service insgesamt kann man mit hervorragend bewerten. So sollte es immer laufen.
Hagel in Kassel
Hatte in Kassel einen Hagelschaden. Wurde super behoben. Fahrzeug war ca. eine Woche weg wie besprochen und es wurde fachgerecht behoben.

Great service and quality engineers
Dent Wizard came to the rescue after the company that had been booked to originally repair my alloy (Revive! UK) didn’t bother to turn up. I received regular texts leading up to the repair letting me know all was going to plan and the engineer contacted me the night before my appointment to give me a 2 hour slot for when he would turn up.
I have to say that Adam the engineer was brilliant (regret that I didn’t get his surname to fully name check him)! He has carried out two alloy repairs for me and both times, he was really helpful, pleasant and a credit to the company.

Weniger wie ein Stern geht leider nicht. Sehr schlechte Kommunikation. Unmotivierte Mitarbeiter, die sich um nichts kümmern und auch keine Zeit haben über den Status der Bestellung zu informieren. Ich habe seit August auf die Teile für mein Fahrzeug gewartet, jetzt haben Sie nach mehrfacher Aufforderung geschrieben, dass Sie die Teile nicht bekommen. Zum Glück wurde Ihnen der Auftrag von der Versicherung entzogen
