Took 4 appointments to finally have the chips repaired, was told they were too small To sand back and do properly so they were touched in, still looks the same, with an added scratch, the repair man seemed nice so didn’t want a confrontation, Will take elsewhere

This company was appointed to do a small scratch repair for me by my SMART insurers, but they were useless. Besides the occasional email claiming that they were sorting things out I had no contact from them, and the repair was never done. I can't comment on the quality of their work, because they're so bad they never even did it. Avoid these guys unless you really enjoy stress.

After waiting a long time for appointment slot technician turns up and says he cant do the work because its raining lightly. In his van he has a portable shelter,so lame excuse and cant be the companies as why provide him with the shelter.

Avoid this company at all costs. Some time ago they came to my house in their mobile van to 'repair' a minor chip on the driver's door. I was told that because it was on a crease they could not guarantee it would be 100% perfect and asked me to agree to a 'conditional repair' which I stupidly did. When they had finished the damaged area was 20 times bigger than the original chip, was a different colour, was a matt finish and was as rough as coarse sandpaper ... I literally, and I mean this without exaggeration, could have done better myself if I had used Tipex! I think I was not being unreasonable when I assumed that the 'conditional repair', whilst not being perfect, would be of a reasonable quality ... which as stated above it most certainly was not. When I contacted the company to ask them to review the repair they agreed to come out and look at it. However, the day before they were due to come they phoned and cancelled the appointment saying that because I had agreed to the 'conditional repair' they were not prepared to do anything about it. I repeat ... avoid them at all costs. If it was possible I would have given them ZERO STARS

Great mobile service provided by DWS. Alex Evans came on both occasions to refurbish my alloy wheels and I must admit, he's done an incredible job! One of my alloys were badly scratched which now looks brand new! I highly recommend DWS, especially Alex as he has done an impeccable job! Thank you!

Excellent work on my car carried out by Steve Finch, extremely friendly, good customer service. He was very conscious of social distancing which was refreshing. And the work on my car looks good as new. Very impressed.

I just got my car back from from Dent Dominator. I had three dents and a bunch of pin sizes nicks in my quarter panel. Ken got them all out. Ken does really great work, his experience shows. Dean Clarkson from DWV has just been to repair a couple of small chips on my car and have to say the service was brilliant.
From start to finish the process of booking and then getting the repair done has been smooth and straightforward. The finished repair is so good you would never know anything was done!

I had Dean Clarkson come out to respray my front bumper.
Absolute first class service provided. He was more than understanding when appointments had to be rearranged and kept in contact throughout. As it is my first car, I had many questions which Dean was more than helpful with and went above and beyond to assist me further.
The work he did was exceptional; you wouldn't even notice it had been repaired.

Currently in the process of booking in another claim with him as he is very flexible and trustworthy.
