I had two small scuffs down to the plastic on the corner of my front bumper covering a 70mm span. Prior to the repair I was concerned that my car paint colour would be difficult to match as it's a 2 stage pearlescent in blue/grey with green flake in it.

I needn't have worried as Julian from DWV made an excellent repair to the paintwork such that you'd never think repair work had been done at all, where the scuff was looks exactly like the factory finish, even down to the green flake dispersion.

Julian was extremely positive and upbeat despite the working conditions (it was a cold morning and I couldn't help offering a hot drink twice) and carried out the work efficiently, the quality of his work as stated above was excellent, a real credit to DWV.

Had Dent Wizard out today to repair damage on my Honda there Technician Leon arrived to my delight the standard of his work was amazing dent completely removed. The entire experience was first class and I would recommend Dent Wizard to anyone without a second thought. And Leon was a credit to his company thank you..

I’ve used dent wizard on 2 separate occasions on my new VW Tiguan as the car is bigger than what I’m used too (lol) - Albeit the wait for an appointment is about a month, the quality of the work is fantastic. My local repairer for Cardiff is a guy called Sean, he’s always done an amazing job on the wheels (you’d never known I’ve damaged them) - Can’t fault the company & so glad I bought the cover from VW.

Just had another visit from this excellent company to attend to cosmetic damage to my car. What an excellent job they did. The Newbury based technician is called James Holmes, a friendly and thorough craftsman.

The repair is quite invisible restoring the damaged area to as new condition.

Been with last three years very good service but very long time waiting everytime and that’s only reason I give 4 star

Lies , no news here read the other unsatisfied customer reviews. So had it set with my Subaru dealer to fix dent with other service when the car was in shop. They contacted Dent Wizard on 12-30-19 was told their dent guy could not do the work Dent Wizard would have to send someone. The day it was in the shop on 1-2-20 the Dent Wizard rep contacted me around 4:p. m. to let me know their guy was unable to get to it and would have to be done later. I got him to admit they had no one in the area and would have to use the Subaru dent guy. So here is the hoops to jump thru send us pictures set up another appointment and take your time to get it back to the shop ect ect . Subaru's word was not good enough. Case # 00134391 Poor customer service.

Graham Sutcliffe from Dent Wizard was excellent in his workmanship and customer service in repairing my scraped alloys and paint scratches today. Highly recommended.

We had two small dents to our car which needed repairing. The Dent Wizard operative rang beforehand with an approximate time of arrival. He arrived on time and erected a cover as it was raining. The two dents were repaired to a very high standard. It took about one and a half hours. We would recommend this company and would use them again. The operative was very polite and professional.

Der Hagelschaden wurde im angegebenen Zeitraum fachmännisch behoben. Auch das Personal war bei jedem Kontakt sehr freundlich. Eigentlich ist es eine zu empfehlende Firma. Allerdings bekommt sie Punktabzug! Bei der Abholung nach einer Woche waren über 100 km mehr auf dem Tacho. Bisher hatte ich bei meinen Rückfragen keine Antwort erhalten. Ich habe den Eindruck, man möchte dieses Problem "aussitzen".
Achten Sie bei der Abgabe und Abholung also auf den km-Stand!

Having arranged the date for the repair, the Dent Wizard engineer phoned us the night before and explained when he hoped to arrive the following day. On the day of the repair he informed us when he was leaving his previous job.
He arrived on time, had a pleasant manner and did an excellent job. What more can one ask?

Just had dent taken out then had a respray had no problem at all the only problem was with car care plan they were useless never answered the emails had to phone to get anywhere!

I don’t know how to start as your e engineer Chris Rayne tick all the boxes .
Few weeks a go I have decided to sort some scratches and dents on my car, my insurance put in touch with Dent Wizard customer Service.
Chris is part of the engineering team and he contacted me to confirm that I am ok for him to come and do the car if I am not there.We absolutely confidence I left my car keys somewhere where Chris can reach it.Around 10:30 am I have decided to give him a call to see how is getting on with the job.Chris explain what he had done so far and what he will do to the rest of the car he even text me when you finish the job and said that he put the car key trough the letter box.
If I have to describe Chris Rayne I will say that is hard kind work fellow and by the way I have brand new car now, thank you for that amazing job.

Amazing Service by Nelson Rodriguez from DentWizard

I had received a dent in my rear door due to a freak incident. The repair was forwarded to Dentwizard by my insurance. Lucky for me, the job went to Nelson who was not only a courteous and polite gentleman, but also had a very sincere customer consideration in mind. The dent was not a good candidate for mobile workmanship, but that didnt deter Nelson who worked his magic; and, lo and behold, he managed to achieve the incredible (or should I say "the impossible") once he was done. He seemed expert in his job, as most of the technicians I have had experience with from dent wizard are, but Nelson is definitely way up there in the game. Left me very surprised and much more satisfied.

Excellent service by Dean Clarkson today. Sent me a courtesy text a day before to introduce himself and confirm what time he aimed to arrive. He was friendly and professional. Managed to remove the deep scuffs on my bumper within a couple of hours. My car looks as good as new. Left the area as he found it - clean and tidy. Would highly recommend.
