Dermamina Avis 

Despite being an older woman, I still expected to see some change for the money I spent on the procedures. There was absolutely no difference at all, and I was very disappointed with the outcome. However, Mina and the staff were very warm, and Mina very kind and caring. Judging by the many good reviews, I am in the minority, so perhaps it's just that Mina was working on an old 'canvas' and only a major face lift would have had some kind of impact.

Very lovely staff, i went in with so many worries and came out happy with 0 regrets.

As always professional and pleasant. Mina has such gentle hands and you can feel the care in them!

First time with any cosmetic ‘procedures’ but felt comfortable throughout. Receptionist Staff were super welcoming and Mina was fantastic. She was informative and supportive, and appreciated her honesty. Very reassuring, professional and delivered results I’m very happy with.

I had my first PRP treatment at the clinic with Dr Zara, who was great. The treatment process, possible outcome was explained.
After care and products to use after treatment was explained well.
Dr Zara was extremely gentle and professional. I will be having another PRP course in the near future.

The staff were so kind and helpful and there hands were so light and soft when they gave me the injection and never felt any pain.

I was happy with overall treatment with Dr Gufran. I am an existing patient of Mina and was expecting the same atmosphere as I had before. I wasn’t given topical numbing cream on the areas targeted so the procedure felt more uncomfortable.

Highly recommend to anyone who finds themselves racing around google not quite sure where to start or which clinic to trust. I first experienced Dermamina in 2022 and have never needed to go elsewhere. Masters of their craft!

I was hesitant to ever do anything to my face even though my nose was a massive part of my body i was least confident about. But once i met Mina and she explained the whole procedure and how comftable she made me feel during and after was a lovely experience and wonderful result aswell that made me extremely happy.

Edited after reading the other reviews... The responses and attitude towards the bad google reviews are rude, careless and a reflection of my experience. Please don’t try and accuse me of being rude or aggressive as you have done with the other reviews as I will demand for CCTV and sue you…
I paid for a consultation for non-surgical rhinoplasty with Mina. Her receptionist made a mistake and was adamant that I was coming in for the treatment although I had a message from her team confirming that it was a consultation only. Once I proved this, the receptionist responded “Oh great, Abie booked it, that’s why”. I found that quite unprofessional.
I was told to take a seat whilst they spoke to Mina. I was then called in. Mina had her arms crossed and was leaning back in her seat. I was instantly put off by her energy. My instincts were right as she was extremely rude and dismissive. I had travelled an hour from East London. She didn’t ask how I was. There was no customer service. Whilst I was answering her questions, she was cutting me off. I asked her to let me finish, she replied “this is my clinic, I don’t have to”.
Prior to the appointment I was asked via the businesses WhatsApp profile to send photos of my nose. I asked if she had seen them. Her response was “no I’ve seen thousands of photos”. Her team had asked me to send photos prior to the consultation, so I asked her why she didn’t have them prepared. Mina’s response was “I didn’t have to and I don’t owe you anything. I then asked her why she is being so rude and her response was “I’m not here to sugarcoat anything”. At that point, I decided to get up, ask for a refund and leave. Mina told me to give my bank details to the receptionist. Whilst the receptionist was taking my bank details, Mina shouted at me to leave before we had finished, make it make sense! I was shocked at her behaviour as I had only seen good reviews. So thankful, I didn’t book the procedure with such an insensitive, nasty woman. It wasn’t my fault that she came to work on a bank holiday Monday expecting to earn £500 from an appointment that her staff incorrectly booked.
