Misleading marketing. Jumped through hoops to get promised discount, twice. Gave away my information, downloaded an app. Only to end up without any discount being applied on my order.

I’ve been ordering Elta Md tinted moisturizer for years. Just received an order of 2 & one has a faulty pump and seems lighter-not full of product. I went online and used IM without any resolutions. AI, didn’t understand the problem. So, it told me to call the customer service team @ (844) 327-6891. The number doesn’t work.
I’m not using Dermstore again!

Dishonest and deceptive practices. Their site clearly advertised, with photos, a specific full-size 100mL Avène Cicalfate cream on their "French Pharmacy Edit": instead, I received a tiny travel-size 15mL version. Customer service involved repeated back-and-forth messages that did not resolve the issue. I returned the product: Dermstore delayed in issuing me a refund, and issued the wrong amount. Then I had to request the remaining refund. They then incorrectly refunded the remaining amount as a store credit. One month later, I am still requesting correction. Repeated dishonest business practices, and a waste of my time.

Worst customer service experience ever. Wasted hours being pushed from one incompetent customer service rep to the next. Held on to money for merchandise I never received for two months. Thank goodness I purchased via PayPal who stepped in and saved the day. Never again

Love Elta MD Sunscreen. I bought several different products, including 3 different Elta sunscreen products for my daughter to try, one of the products had an expiration of 06/2026, at this cost I expect longer life on the product. So far, the return process has been time consuming and not easy.

Site is easy to navigate, has the best products, sales and free gifts. Takes HSA/FSA if you qualify as well!

I absolutely love the derma store. I order from them all the time because they carry almost everything that I use. I love their prices and the prices have can’t became consistent in this tough economy for everyone, but they have not raised their prices and that is what brings me back. There is only one thing that I could say that I wish they would carry is a leave in conditioner named MIZANL this leaving conditioner is nontoxic and I absolutely love it because I have been through breast cancer and multiple health issues because when I went through breast cancer, I became septic and had three blood infections so I’m very cautious about what I put on my skin. I love the new flex that they have next to their products letting you know that it is safe and not cruelty free I just really love this company. I only had trouble one time and I had been ordering from them for years and it told me we don’t ship to your region so I actually called and it was a super quick fix but other than that I give these guys 10 stars. Absolutely love them and recommend them highly. Great products, fantastic discounts, bonus offers for free with a certain amount and super fast shipping all around a great company.
