Designer Glasses Boutique Avis 

Ordered a pair of Tom Ford frames that were considerably cheaper than a well known opticians and sent in my prescription on Tues 5th March.
I'm going away on holiday so emailed to check if they would be with me before leaving. Lucy was great and assured me that she would endeavour to get them to me on time.
Well, they arrived on Sat 9th March and are perfect!
I'll definitely be using this company again.

Ordered frames ( marked as in stock online , notified would be despatched in 4-6 days . Received email to say oakley had no stock and would be 3-4 weeks!
This company is advertising as holding stock when they clearly don’t!

I’d ordered a pair of Tom Ford glasses to replace a pair that had broken and had been able to provide Designer Glasses Boutique with my full prescription details including both PD distances given to me by me normal opticians - Vision Express. Within a week I received my new glasses and was disappointed that the varifocal aspects of the lenses weren’t correct and led me to hold my head in weird positions to be able to read close up. I arranged to drive up to the shop (166 mile round trip though tied it in with seeing business customers in Kendal😬) to get an accurate reading and sure enough I had been given slightly different PD reading by my old opticians. They agreed to replace the lenses and post them back to me. Within a week I received my updated Tom Ford glasses and I was blown away that they felt even better than my original glasses. Sharron attached a note to say that they took the opportunity to upgrade the lenses to provide me with a wider field of vision at no extra cost which I was delighted with. I will definitely know where to come for any future optical purchases. Brilliant!!

I recently purchased two frames and I am delighted with both the quality of the frames and outstanding customer service I received.
