EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM THE DFS AGENT ON BOTH OCCASIONS I ATTENDED THE LOCATION NAMELY (1) TO INITALLY VIEW THE SOFA SUITE COLLECTIONS AND (2) TO VISIT AGAIN WITH A FAMILY MEMBER TO CHOOSE AND PURCHASE A SOFA SUITE. ON BOTH VISITS, NO PRESSURE BY THE AGENT OCCURRED AND SO VIEWING ALL AROUND THE SHOWROOM WAS COMFORTABLE AND REWARDING. THE AGENT MADE HERSELF AVAILABLE WHEN CALLED UPON TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS AND WAS VERY HELPFUL IN THIS RESPECT. WHEN COMPLETING MY ORDER WITH THE AGENT, SHE WAS VERY COMPETENT AND MADE THE ENTIRE TRANSACTION STRESS FREE. BOTH MY FAMILY MEMBER AND MYSELF AGREED THAT THE AGENT WAS FRIENDLY AND APPROACHABLE MAKING THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE AN ENJOYABLE MEETING TO ORDER MY NEW SOFA SUITE. THANK YOU.
