DHL Avis 

We were not notified about a Currys delivery to our home until 10,17 last night. We were already booked into a couple of appointments in Truro but found this message en route. It said delivery would be 1.15 -2.15 so we abandoned our second appointment and raced back home, arriving at 1.03, only to find that the delivery had already been made!! No note through door. I shan't use Currys again!

Paketti toimitettiin sovittuun aikaan. Ensimmäinen toimitus epäonnistui puhelinverkon ongelmien takia.

My dog food company now uses DHL for it's deliveries of online orders

Historically, deliveries would be via DPD, which were always delivered within the notified time slot.

Now deliveries are via DHL and the service level is atrocious!

My last three deliveries have all been delivered outside of the 3 hour delivery window (DPD was 1 hour)

Today's delivery was notified as between 09:00 and 12:00

At the time of submitting this review,

NO delivery, and no tracking information available!

Use DHL at your peril!!

Okay so it’s now still saying there’s driver is on its way to no.80 1.5 hours ago since I last reached out to you to say that had been stuck saying that since 10:31 this am & asking if there was a problem ? No response. Not even a fix on the tracker: dhl literally is the WORST and when your’e the worst of a pretty bad lot - that’s really bad

Absolute shambles, nearly ruined my business, did not collect/did not deliver on time and if you are in the North West do not use the Preston depot under any circumstances!!

Toimitusvihtoehdot ovat hyvin jäykät. Pakettia ei voi jättää pakettiautomaattiin, postin noutopisteeseen tms. vaan täytyy varata paketin odottelulle koko 24h, sillä ei voi tietää milloin lähetti tulee.

Surkea firma ja asiakaspalvelu. Odotimme kiireistä lähetystä ja olimme kotona jakopäivänä. Kuriiri ei käynyt lainkaan meillä mutta DHL ilmoitti, että pakettia ei voinut jakaa koska kukaan ei ollut kotona. Tieto ei pidä paikkansa.
Asian selvittelyssä kohtasin surkeaa asiakaspalvelua ja lopulta jouduin itse ajamaan 2 x 34 km hakien itse paketin heiltä Vantaalta.
Älä käytä jos on olemassa muita vaihtoehtoja ( esim UPS)

I ordered one bike from Halfords and the delivery company was DHL they couldn't find my address it's in the middle of Fulham and I gave them my mobile number,they couldn't find my address I waited all day for the delivery,it was sent back to Halfords and I ordered another bike the same thing happened!!!!!!! I am having a nightmare with Halfords they won't return the refund on both bikes DHL are USELESS!!!! They don't have a sat nav in Thier vehicles and I gave the driver my mobile number ,all together I wasted 3 days .

DHL I would give you zero if I could. You threw a fragile glass package over my 10-foot gates. Complete idiots.

Absolute ass, parcel stuck in customs for 5 days and they keep hanging up on me

Actually they deserve zero stars. Absolute sham of a company! But shame on those organisations who use them because they’re well aware of the shocking service! Why are they still operating with such a disgraceful record?? I’ll never buy anything from anywhere again that uses DHL and I will check before I buy.

DHL on nyt 2 kertaa yrittänyt toimittaa pakettia virheelliseen paikkaan vaikka heille on ilmoitettu että paikka on väärä !!
Kyseessä on erittäin tärkeät dokumentit joita ei voi korvata.
Älkää koskaan käyttäkö heitä jos on tärkeää saada lähetys perille sovitusti ! SURKEAA !

Ei osaa edes pakettia toimittaa tai kertoa missä se menee. Seurannassa lukee että toimitus epäonnistui, mutta ei ole ketään käynyt täällä. Tracking sivulla lukee, "ei voida toimittaa huonon sään takia" (ulkona on täydellinen aurinkoinen kevätpäivä). Puhelinneuvonta ei saa kiinni osastoa kuka hoitaa kuljetukset. Kaikki on ihan sekaisin, miten voi olla niin vaikeaa?

Tähän firmaan voi luottaa. Hyvin tullut aina paketit kotiin.

Ei voikaan luottaa. Muka yritetty toimittaa ja viety heti jonnekin toimipisteelle, joka on kauempana kuin lähempi. En suosittele enää.

If I could give zero rating I would! I was aware I would be getting parcel today and as I was busy in back garden I purposely left side gate open which is facing the main gate but ignoring that the delivery person has walked around other side and dumped 1 package containing 2 40l bags of compost and knocked a plant over in the process, I live alone registered disabled and there is no way I can move that to back garden had to get a neighbour to move it for me. Txt messages parcels cannot be left in safe place never mind at front door for everyone to see only reason I knew it was there that the helpful delivery person had also left front garden gate wide open!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!

Seurantajärjestelmässä vuodesta toiseen samat ongelmat. Dhl:n oma seuranta näyttää paketin seikkaleivan lähtömaassa ja sitten ei mitään tietoa lähes 4 vuorokauteen. Toiset palvelut, kuten 17track, näyttää, että paketti olisi jo Suomessa. Posti/Dhl parivaljakko näyttää seurannassa, että on tulossa Suomeen. Ota nyt tästä selvää.

DHL:n kuljetukset ovat kauttaaltaan olleet ongelmattomia, valitsit sitten kotiintoimituksen tai noudon. Ilmoitukset tulevat hyvin samoin kuin viimeinen varmistussoitto. Toimitukset osuvat myös ilmoitettuun kahden tunnin aikaikkunaan ainakin Itä-Helsingissä.

Yleensä muutkin kuljetusyhtiöt ovat parantaneet toimintaansa ja ovat jo ihan hyvällä tasolla, paitsi tietysti UPS jolta ei ennen onnistunut kertakaikkiaan mikään ja vielä siitäkin on mennyt huonompaan suuntaan.

An item was due to be scheduled for delivery today between 9am and 1pm. I have waited in all day and after calling and being on hold for 35 mins I was told that it was failed delivery as not home. I have CCTV that shows no one tried to deliver! waste of my time.

I am not surprised it is poorly rated. I wud give 0 stars as we never received our delivery. Fortunately we were not desperate for Dunelm chairs to be delivered by DHL and got a refund instead . Also we are busy and do not have time to track and chase poor delivery services- just get your refund I advise to shop somewhere that doesn’t use poor delivery service - I would check store’s delivery company next time before I order things.
