Their chauffeurs can't drive a bus! They almost drove me off the road, so my advice to them is: before you improve your park, give your chauffeurs driving lessons! You guys are totally morons!!!!
I'm very sorry to write this review,but i must do so that other persons do not have this bad experience at all with Vakantiepark Dierenbos
We made a reservation for 2 person for 4 night via the web page of the Bungalowspecials to the Vakantiepark Dierenbos at 12 a clock in the day time on the date of 07.10.2024.
I get back the reservation confirmation and later on also the confirmation that the park accepted and the total amount i need to pay at the reception on the moment of the check in .
At 7 pm we arrived at the park with my friend after a long travelling and very tiered ,and our surprise was that the reception lady told as that they do not wait nobody for check in and at the moment when i wanted to show the emails with the confirmations and the reservation code i faced a very big rasism from her side ! She even don't wanted to check the code or to read the email .
Her atitude don't changed even when we told to her that there was to late to make a other reservation some where else ... So emphaty was 0 from her side .
I gonna never understand why the owners of the park let persons with this kind of charachters to work in a field where she daily meet different nationalitys and earn her salary thankfull to the turists which are visiting the park .
I think in the field of turism all the employees should need to be kind and have also some emphaty because they are working with people and not with animals...
I do not reccomand Vakantiepark Dierenbos for nobody !!
