Digital Converters Avis

Absolutely fantastic- digital converters was the first company to pop up when I did a google search and after reading the reviews decided to send a 25 yr old VHS tape for conversion. The process was so straightforward and I was kept up to date all the way along. Only took 5 working days and I am so happy with the result. All the memories so easy to access now, thank you so much !

First class service, they were able to retrieve 40year old footage, I thought was lost. Incredibly efficient they processed 22 tapes in the week before Christmas and we were able to enjoy those precious memories. Seamless process from start to finish, definately a first stop for anyone wanting a high quality service for a very reasonable price.

I rarely leave reviews but was I was so happy with the service I got from this company.
I was concerned about sending my personal discs off in a hope they were treated carefully and returned.
I sent them off 2 weeks before Xmas, and I had the email links to access and originals returned all within 6 days!! It made a special gift for family.
The process was easy and I was very impressed. I’ve since used again and family and friends are now doing that same. Amazing service. Thank you

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. What a great company, excellent communication and you are kept informed of every step.
Honestly can't rate this company high enough, a rare gem in today's customer service!

I sent my 33 years old VHS of our wedding and I am so pleased with the result. The recording is clear and I was kept informed at every stage

Sister-in-law had her 60th birthday coming up and we were having a family party. Having already had some 8mm transferred on to VHS, all be it over thirty years ago, I sent of the video to Digital Convertors. The service from start to finish, including excellent email service with continual updates, was simply at a level you don’t tend to experience these days. Highly recommend

Initially, I was quite anxious about sending off my family's cherished memories and tapes, but choosing this service turned out to be a fantastic decision. They impressed me with their swift processing time, especially considering it was during the busy Christmas period. They kept me informed throughout the process, even providing updates about the media quality during conversion. The converted videos and audio are exceptional, and I appreciate the option to access the cloud footage immediately, which allowed me to view them on my phone while waiting for the DVDs to arrive. I'll definitely entrust them with more of my family's tapes in the future. Their prices are unbelievably reasonable compared to local competitors. Overall, a perfect 10/10 experience.

I was honestly so nervous to be sending off all my family memories and tapes - but I’m so glad I used these guys. They managed a really quick turnaround time, despite it being Christmas and they keep you up to date every step of the way, even letting you know the quality of the media as they convert them. The videos and audio are brilliant quality, and I love that although I’d ordered dvds, I later had the option to get the cloud footage which was an immediate download so whilst I waited for the physical copies to be sent back, I could access the videos on my phone straight away. I will definitely be using them again for all my other family tapes - the price is insanely good compared to other places that do it in my area. Overall 10/10

I was initally concerned about sending my precious old cassettes off in the post but the good reviews convinced me. Digital Converters made the process straightforward with regular communication and updates. Process was quick and easy and quality was good. Highly recommend.

I sent a video tape of my wedding from nearly 30 years ago. The turn around was so quick and the quality of the file I received was superb. Thank you so much.

We sent old VHS tapes for conversion. They were professionally and quickly converted to memory sticks and dispatched back to us before Christmas. Super excellent service. We have our memories to cherish forever now thanks to you guys.

Sent away, digitalised, packaged back up and posted back within 9 days! Can’t fault it. So worth the money to have memories from the past to share with the family. Thanks guys

We trusted Digital Converters with 34 years of family video footage, in three different formats. We have always been nervous about sending out irreplaceable videos, but wanted to give our children a precious Christmas gift. Digital Converters provided reassurance and personal service, processing the archive within a week, and safely returning everything well in time for Christmas. This is a brilliant company and our whole family will always be grateful.

An amazing company!!!
I have used digital converters twice and would highly recommend. Our old VHS tapes are all now on USB format just in time to watch over Christmas. The service is fantastic with detailed instructions and you are kept updated throughout.

Incredible service! Thoughtful, helpful and kind. A tricky large order right at Christmas and they have solved it all for me. Also recommend the cloud storage, I wasn’t going to go for it at first but it is brilliant, easy to use and can also share with family and friends.
Highly recommend the wonderful Digital Converters team.

Digital converters kept in contact. The process was easy and the service was excellent.
I will be sending more of our family cinema films to them so we can once again enjoy the family memories.

Digitising a much-loved but elderly cassette tape of a rare and now invisible (it seems) artist was a task I only wanted to entrust to someone who I felt would really take care and do an excellent job. Having looked around at several services, I decided to try Digital Converters (DC), and I have not been disappointed. They communicate really effectively and clearly - from the initial process of preparing and sending the tape to letting me know it was safely with them and the final digital product.
I couldn't have asked for more.
It has been a pleasure to listen to this music again, and to know I have a more durable version of it, and I am grateful to DC for what they have done and would recommend them to anyone wanting a high-quality, assured, and speedy digital transfer service.

Very clear information and instructions. Prompt good quality service. Lots of memories now accessible again. Thank you.

Can find no fault in the service and process of using Digital Converters. Footage has come back in great quality and made a perfect gift for my Mom's birthday. She is delighted. Also had a problem with parcel collections (fault of Royal Mail not Digital Converters) and they also looked after and returned a parcel that was collected in error in great condition and kept me abreast of all the info. Cannot recommend enough.

What a company! I am so eternally grateful to you for looking after my precious childhood tapes and converting them into digital versions to share with all my older relatives and my siblings for Christmas! The original tapes came back wrapped and cared for the same way they were delivered and it just means so much to me that you protected them in the way that I would. Thank you for giving me and my family footage of relatives we have lost and miss so much, I will definitely be sending more of my tapes your way in the new year!
