Digital Converters Avis

An amazing company. Professional from start to finish. Easy intructions that even a 5yr old could follow regarding packaging, then once they've received your goods, they keep you informed online the whole way through the process. So smooth, so simple and so worth it.
I would highly recommend

Everything went smoothly, kept me updated through the process. Order came out great, couldn’t have gone any better. 5/5

Was a bit sceptical about sending off old VHS tapes with amazing memories in case they got lost but shouldn't have worried. Got them back today on usb stick and cd. Quality is perfect. So lovely to see family videos from 27 years ago. Getting the next lot ready to send off. Would recommend.

A very easy to use service.
Excellent quality results.
Fast turnaround and brilliant communication about progress of order and tracking
Very friendly customer service.
Could not fault a thing.
Highly recommended.

The team at Digital Converters were kind in answering all my questions over the phone, and all their communication was super reassuring. Received my files back (Old 3-inch audio spools to USB) and it was an incredible portal into the past, to hear the voices of my 8-year-old mum, and grandparents now passed, so well preserved from the 60s and 70s - it was amazing. Can't recommend this service enough!!

Website easily guides you through the process, great communication via email updating me every stage of the way.I sent 7 video tapes on Saturday morning and they were back to me by Thursday morning.
Quality is fabulous. Very reasonable cost. Can’t ask for more !

My experience with this company was perfect and very professional. Fast. Extremely helpful. And above all, I was able to speak with a human who answered my calls from 'straight away', to getting back to me within the hour. I highly recommend them. :)

Quick turnaround, great quality and wonderful customer service when I had questions. Also really good communication throughout the process. So pleased I finally got around to transferring our old tapes!

Had some cinefilm converted on to DVDs and Memory stick. They informed me when they received them, when they were done and when they posted them out. Could not fault this company at all, excellent service. By having these done it had brought back so many memories for all the family. Thank you very much.

Don’t bother going anywhere else for your video transfers. Tried another well know company which was a total farce. Digital converters kept me informed every step of the way. Over the moon with the outcome as tapes were over 30 years old. So many wonderful memories. Definitely use digital converters for your cherished memories

The entire process from start to finish has been excellent! The company maintained regular contact throughout and my tape to CD conversion is brilliant! The tapes were over 50 years old so my expectations were not high but Digital Converters has surpassed them and more! Thank you for restoring some wonderful family memories!

Very pleased from start to finish with Digital Convertors. The process was easy to follow and my memories were back with me within a few days, would highly recommend them.

I was initially hesitant to send away our memories into the wide blue yonder unsure if I would see them again , but am so delighted I did. We had looked at a few companies but this seemed like the easiest to use and it was super simple with good reviews . They have brought memories back to life and allowed us to see some of the stories older relatives have shared . So special!

What can I say, I have no hesitation in recommending this company.
From sending my videos to receiving them back today with the USB sticks I ordered the whole process was so easy.
The communication I received was second to none, I knew about every process as it happened. I received an email about the quality of one of the videos was informative.
I couldn't wait for my delivery so paid for a years cloud access yesterday and then spent hours enjoying the footage bringing back so many memories.
Thank you for the care you took and as I have now found more videos I will packing them up and sending them off.

Received the tapes shorter than expected, also a few days ago but I completely forgot to write a 5 star review due to me spending a lot of time rewatching my old memories; all thanks to these guys! I am extremely lucky to have discovered Digital Converters, and from a satisfied customer's perspective, they should have more recognition if they haven't already.

So pleased with the service and communication with this company. Had old Kodak cine reels original film from 1970's. Had been wanting them tranferred for years. Sent them to Digital Converters, who kept in touch about their arrival, processing, condition and return. So pleased with the results. Digital Converters took such great care of my irreplaceable memories; they also returned the original reels as I had packaged them for dispatch.

The reviews were so good on here that I thought I would risk sending two 1970s 8mm cine films to be developed. I cannot fault this company! From the ease at which I could order, the great video explanation of how to send the films, the excellent communication and speedy delivery. The really good value for something that is priceless.

Fantastic service! Very simple instructions to follow from start to finish. I loved the email communication especially the reassurance that they had received the videos! Very quick turnaround and excellent value for money. Highly recommend.

I sent my Betamax video tapes all the way from the United States (it was PAL system)
